Highly recommended this business, the owner, Eric, is an expert in RV repair. I have called him for a couple of jobs now and he hasn't let me down.
First time was an urgent electrical issue. He showed up that day, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced needed parts, and made sure I understood what happened and how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. I called back for a water heater replacement and furnace maintenance. This job took a bit of problem solving on my 30 year old rig, but he always knows what to do and gets the job done in an efficient and informative manner.
Professional and personable, he genuinely cares about his clients, uses quality parts, and makes sure you understand how to better maintain your rig. 10/10 would recommend Great Basin for the job. Understand he is the best and gets a lot of calls that keep him busy, so plan ahead if you know your rig needs work.

I called this company for some needed RV repairs on 8/9/24. They said they would call me back the following week. It's now 9/7/24 and I've yet to receive a call back. To me, that represents poor customer service. I'm glad I didn't hold my breathe. YouTube and some mechanical aptitude solved all of my problems and saved me hundreds.

Eric fit me in same day due to a cancellation. He is very helpful in explaining things and fixed my broken toilet valve quickly and professionally. Also did a quick roof inspection and said I was good to go. I will definitely have him out again when I need my RV worked on.

Eric drove 2.5 hrs to come to repair our trailer. He did a fantastic job to get our trailer ready and safe for travel. He is knowledgeable and detailed in his work. I highly recommend his services if you need work done and done well.

We had an issue with our electrical service in our RV yesterday. Left a text message for Eric and he called back first thing this morning. Said he would be by in the afternoon. Because he was SO busy he didn't get to us till 7:30 this evening. He figured out our problem in less than a half hour. He was fantastic. Pleasant, professional and obviously knew his job well. Called about my tail light being out left a massage, Eric called me back said he was super swamped, but asked me a few questions and gave me a few suggestions told me to try and if I couldn't get it fixed he would squeeze me in. Thorough, professional, and trustworthy. At the start of our 5-week camping trip, our RV lost all power and brake lights. After unsuccessfully self-diagnosing the problem, we had called over 35 RV repair facilities and Eric was the only one able to fit us in and we are forever grateful. Despite his packed schedule, he promptly came out and quickly diagnosed our problem and processed to completely rewire our 12V system, batteries, and trailer brake and light assembly. In a time when it seems impossible to get anyone to come to you to fix your RV, we feel extremely lucky that Eric was able to help us. We were desperate and oblivious as to what was wrong with our RV and electrical system and anyone could have easily taken us for thousands for what needed to be done, but Eric did the complete opposite and went above and beyond to help us. His knowledge and honestly are above reproach. Best experience ever!
