Jim was sent out by my property management office because our toilets were not flushing properly. While waiting for our maintenance request to be fulfilled, I noticed feces and water building up right outside the wall of our home. When Jim arrived, I let him know. He was here for 15minutes, outside only and i assume the job was done, because he left. We didnt really get a ""good bye"" or an explanation of what happened. He packed up in front of us, went to his car and left. Very unprofessional. Then when we got home later that evening, we noticed the toilets still weren't working, so I gave him a call. His response was ""well that's a different problem""... ummm wasn't that why you initially came out? Why would you have not checked our toilets before leaving? When I told him that was the original problem, his response had a very condesing tone and again he repeated himself ""I know that, but its still separate issue"". I would not recommend his services, because it wasn't all checked out and fixed in the 1st visit.

Jim the owner did an awesome job on installation of a fiberglass shower replacing a garden tub. Less than 2 days to install. Super nice guy and clean. Really reasonable prices. I checked around his price was almost half of other plumbers. Highly recommended!

Jim is a professional and honest plumber! We had a leak in the upstairs master bathroom sink, that had leaked down to the first floor ceiling.
But when Jim inspected it, he said it just needed to be tightened and did it free of charge! Amazing to find such a good person/plumber! Thanks again Jim for your kindness & honesty.
