I'm so glad to have plumbers I can call (or email), and who I can count on, whenever issues arise. They've taken care of numerous issues in my four unit building including repiping of the entire basement. They do great work and the price is very fair.

Alex and team were very responsive and offered a number of times, including coming out on the same day. He provided some range estimates for the repairs over the phone, and then stayed well within the budget.

When the same day did not work out for scheduling, they worked to offer a couple of slots the next day. Since my mother-in-law was coming out the next week, I appreciated their flexibility and responsiveness via phone and text message communications to get something scheduled the next day.

They selected a time that worked for me, and sent out a plumber Ahmed. Ahmed was friendly, made sure that he kept our floors clean, and cleaned up beyond what I expected when he was done. Most importantly, he quickly figured out what the problems were and offered options on how to do the repairs, he had all the parts necessary and was able to fix three problems with our kitchen sink very quickly, and as a bonus he very, very quickly was also able to solve a problem with one of our showers that increased water pressure. They charged a very reasonable amount for the work and parts.

Ahmed on the same visit also collected some information to allow Great American to provide a bid for a bathroom addition.

Overall, an excellent experience.

Alex answered my yelp request right away and discussed my concerns. He was able to send someone out to us the next morning. They came and fixed our Toilet in 3mins and was on the lower end of what other plumbers were quoting for the business. Highly recommend them!

This is my 2nd review .... Their Plummers damaged 3 floors in our condo building by trying to unclog a pipe in a 3rd floor unit. They still refuse to provide us with an invoice or there insurance infomation. Now I will be contacting the better Business Bureau and some news chanels. Mistakes and accidents happen but not accepting responsibility and taking care of your employees actions is really bad business. .... CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!!!

As of yesterday you have not contact Erin, myself or the condo Association or Insurance... Maybe as of today you have contact our Insurance company. This happened 2 weeks ago. And NO... Erin and I have tried to call your office and we were told the owner would call us back. No call!! Your company has been dishonest to us and I feel people should know this before they call your company out. So I as well as the other 9 unit owners in this building will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Best of luck to you.

I am speechless at their level of professionalism. I had an urgent appointment scheduled with them and they didn't show after they confirmed the appt. No response to text or phone calls.

Do not waste your time and call another plumber!

4 a.m. And our basement flooded. After calling Great American Plumbing they were here within 30minutes. Installed a new sum pump and saved our basement from needing complete remodeling. Best service in town. They really care about their customers.

We hired Great American Plumbing to install a 50 Gal Water heater in our place of business. Alex was very helpful on the phone, and recommended me the best water heater, to fit my needs. I cannot imagine calling someone else, next time I need a plumber.

Smelled gas and called Great American. They sent a plumber within 2 hours! John arrived with his gas monitor reader to check for where gas was leaking. He went through the whole apartment and couldn't find anything. He then asked to see the water heater. He dialed the water heater off and waited there for a few minutes. We then noticed the water heater dialing back on it's own. John determined that there was a gas leakage around that area. He then looked at the gas pipes and determined that they were old and corroding. John suggested installation of new gas service. We ended having John install gas service for 2 floors (better safe and piece of mind). John came back in 2 days to install the new gas service. All I can say is, he was very fair with pricing and knew what he was doing. I would definitely use them again and made sure to keep his business card! :) Thanks John!
