I hired a septic company to come out and dump my tank, at that time the guy informed me that my liquid levels were high, that I should have one of their expert plumbers come out to see what the problem was. They sent me an estimate for the investigation that was ridiculously high. I told them I wanted to get a second opinion. I was asking around for recommendations when a trusted friend recommended I call Grays Rooter, my friend told me he has used Grays Rooter for years that they are honest and trustworthy. Rob and Andrew, showed up on a Sunday evening and within a few hours, they had found the issue and had repaired it at a quarter of the cost of the other company's estimate! These guys are knowledgeable trustworthy and honest, truly nice guys and hard workers. They are is now my ""go-to"" plumbing company, all of my plumbing needs can be trusted with Grays Rooter from this day forward.

I had multiple bad experiences with plumbers and rooter companies with not so affordable fees, and scheduling and was fortunate to have come across Andrew at Gray's Rooter. Several months ago he performed a sewer line clean out on my mother in laws rental and his fees were much more reasonable than all of the other well known companies in the area. Several months have gone by and that same sewer line needed to be dug up, and completely replaced from the house hook up to the city line. He came out in 2 days and within one day had the job done superbly and was extremely reasonable. I cannot say enough about how timely, professional and courteous Andrew is. This is the ONLY plumber, rooter service you need to know, trust me as i have experienced many and these guys by far are the best of the best!

I was need of a plumber for a clogged bathtub drain, a very unfortunate situation when it is the only shower/bathtub you have. I had used draino multiple times and still didn't work. I had spoken to other companies prior to calling Gray's Rooter and it was frustrating that I could not get a single tech out to my home in a timely manner. Again, let me say that it is the only shower we have. Called Gray's Rooter and spoke with Andrew, who was able to work around my schedule. He addressed the issue, apparently there were two problem areas in our drain. Andrew was able to fix it within a reasonable amount of time. Now, my bathtub is draining perfectly. He was very professional, courteous, and made it affordable for me. I will be definitely calling Gray's Rooter for all my plumbing needs. Thank you!
