I had one plumber show up 40 min late to my appointment making an excuse that he slept late. He had a big mouth and saying what an experienced man he is. He gave me an estimate and he said that he will call me and tell me when he will do the job. That never happened. What is the point in wasting my time if you are not serious about this business that you are in? Lazy people with big mouths full of BS. I will never call them again.

Burst hot water pipes in master bath. (huge issue for everyone in SE Michigan right now) Everyone we called was busy but Gray's came through for us and fixed the issue without a lot of drama. I found them professional, clean (they cleaned up as they worked), and very personable. I highly recommend them. Price was way below what we expected to pay (& quoted over the phone). We are keeping their number for other plumbing jobs we have to tackle in the future and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Called to get an estimate on the repair of our back-up system and some leaky PVC. Owner said he would just send someone over to take a look at what we had going on. An older gentlemen came and told me there was nothing wrong with the back-up and that the decaying algae that had clogged the PVC was just dirt. I explained to him that I am an environmental scientist and I know the difference between dirt and algae. He replied that he had been doing this over 30yrs and toted in addition ""algae is green."" He then called a partner to pick up some PVC to replace the area that was leaking. I asked him how much (as I did just have them over for an estimate) and he said $140. To replace a section of PVC! I asked him to leave and did the work myself. On the positive end they did come over quickly and returned my call promptly. But all and all would surely not call again.

If you have a plumbing issue, this is the company to call. Jeremy responded quickly to my e-mail, was super knowledgeable and efficient, and even had the integrity to point out and fix problems I was unaware of. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the work to me in a way I could understand, and also cared enough to clean up. Easy to work with and reasonably priced, I will use them again for a future bathroom remodel!
