I would like to thank Robert for his incredible customer service while repairing my water heater. I appreciate good customer service in all areas of life, as it is not always provided. He offered great advice on how to maintain and add life to my appliance. Robert, thank you for all sage advice and getting me back up and running.

I had a pipe break during the freeze. He came out the next day and fixed it. The quality of work and the price was great! I will use them for all my plumbing needs.

I can't speak highly enough of Brittany. She is not only phenomenal at running the front office like a well oiled machine, but in addition to maintaining the day to day organization required for a business like this, she is definitely a skilled plumber in her own right. She has very knowledgeably professionally walked me through trouble shooting in order to save both of us time and money by fundamentally setting up the most effective plan of attack for the most efficiently cost effective managed job possible. She will not up sell ever, which i not only appreciate, but respect as well.
Randy is a really great guy, and totally sensed his commitment to not only get the job done, but to be totally honest, and fair with his assessment, completion, and fair billable hours.
Really can't speak highly enough about my experience so far with this businesses, and its team. They will absolutely be my source for plumbing needs from here on out!

A great business and team! They were so easy, dependable and qualified - and very reasonable and honest in pricing. When/if we need plumbing again for our OS home we will not hesitate to call Grays Harbor Plumbing.

Our hose bib broke after hours. They were very responsive and came out first thing the next morning to get us fixed up. We appreciated the communication, fast work, and fair price!

Plumbing started out great on our little cabin. The plumber talked us into an on demand propane water heater. He neglected to tell us he was not licensed for gas pipe installation. When we called the office we were told there was only 1 plumber who could complete the job but....he was scheduled 3 months out. Also while discussing the gas pipe installation the office informed us that the plumber under charged us by $500 dollars with no explanation as to why. Very disappointed we had hoped to use them on our other 2 homes.

Get your bid in writing and make sure that it includes sufficient detail that you can hold them to their word when the work is done. Don't assume that what you think something means (i.e. moving a water heater) is what they say it means and don't pay them for their charges until you have verified that the work is done. If I ask a plumber to move a water heater, I expect that the water heater will be functioning in the new location when the work is done. That's not what Grays Harbor Plumbing believes. Grays Harbor Plumbing says it means to physically move the water heater and just leave it in the new location - not hooked up. You will have to pay extra (@ $139/hr) to get them to hook it up. I can do that without paying a plumber.
The plumbing work itself (a repipe) was ok, but wasn't finished at the time I paid the final bill. The plumber ( a very nice man with whom I felt I had developed some rapport) told me that he was going to finish the work within the hour. Having taken my lunch break to look at his work, I asked if I could just write him a check then for the job so I didn't have to leave work again when he finished. He had no problem with that, called the office for the balance due and wrote up an invoice. I wrote him a check for the full amount, he wrote ""Paid in Full for Repipe"" on my copy and I went back to work. Then I found later that he had simply left after that and not done the work. Too much water under the house for him to get under there and finish it; he'd come back later, he said when I called. Enter Covid-19 quarantine and now several weeks have passed. He finally came back this week and finished up the job (hooked up the drains and installed the water heater) and left my husband a bill for $267 and said something like, ""don't ask me about the bills - I'm just the delivery man"".
Today I called the office and talked to Chris, the manager, (I guess he is; the helpful woman in the office told me he was who I had to talk to) who basically told me it was my own fault that I didn't know that installing the water heater was not included in ""moving the water heater"". No budging on the bill; no acknowledgment of any culpability on their part for ""the misunderstanding"". He kept referencing the bid we had been given- but the bid we had was for completely different work than the work that was ultimately finished. We had a verbal agreement that the work would be different (after the plumber saw the house) but that the cost would be about the same as the written bid. I was not offered a new written bid (though Chris says he was told by the plumber doing the work that I didn't want one) and I didn't ask for one (a mistake I will not make again!). In the end, the amount I will have paid this company is about 25%-30% more than the original bid (once I pay this last bad-faith bill, which I will pay because 1. I act in good faith even if they don't and 2. I don't want them placing a lien on the property).
I hope the work passes inspection.

We are new to the area, and just bought a house. We closed on a Wednesday, by Friday we had NO HOT WATER! I sent Jim a text with a picture of our old hot water heater at 3:45 on a Friday afternoon. By 5:00pm our new hot water heater was installed, strapped down for safety and already filling up with hot water!! Amazing, fast and professional service!! Thanks Jim!!

Water heater leaking and I reached out to GHP and Jim arrived the next morning. The heater was in a closet and a difficult remedy. Jim's commitment to resolution was ever evident, even with a broken wrist. The job got done and we once again had hot water. I believe that the charges were fair and work well done.
Two thumbs up!
Matter of fact I just called for another visit tomorrow morning. The blessings having an older home, great to have GHP available to resolve our water issues.

Fast and honest service. I will be calling them again if I need plumbing work in the future
