American Home Shield sent Daniel with Graydon who came in tired. Was not able to fix my faucet but did not communicate with American Home Shield to inform them that my faucet needs to be replaced. Here it is over 3 weeks and I am still waiting. No response from my voicemail messages to Graydon Kouri Plumbing Heating!!

American Home Shield assigned this company to come out and check my water heater which would not stay on. I made the request on a Friday at about 11 a.m. I knew they did not work on weekends. No big deal. I called the that Friday afternoon, the following Monday, and Tuesday to leave voicemails. No return calls. I called AHS that Tuesday and demanded a new company be assigned. They begrudgingly assigned a new company that called the same day and came out the next day. Poor customer service.

I had an appointment for my AC on 6/17/19 scheduled on 6/12/19, from 1-5, took off work and they didn't show up or call. I called them the next morning and they acted like it was no big deal and said the next appointment was on 6/27. Don't use them.

I wonder if their Plumbers are really certified! Deserves no stars at all!
Here goes my story so all possible clients will understand what I went through...When I requested my Home Warranty company to refer me to another plumbing vendor due to issues of a prior one. This co. was referred to do the job order of a possible leak/moisture build up in the Master BR closet. The call was 2/26 and I missed it. I called back right away, but seemed like their phones does not have a consistent VM set up. I called again a couple of times, finally went through and was scheduled to see my place on Wed 12-5pm. They said, they will call to confirm visit prior. No calls received and we started calling from 3-5pm because we do not know if they will still come or not. It says, no VM set up! 5:16pm came and a plumber knocked. Ok, he admitted he didnt call and he is late. This os a point against their company in regards to promptness and communication. So, we have shown him what he needs to see. My doubts got stronger when he ask me this...""so, what do you think about this?"" I told him this has been seen by another plumbing co. and they said there is a possible leak! I asked him back...MY opinion does matter because this is not my field! He went to my daughter's shower area (which the opposite wall is my closet wall) , LOOKED around only and did not even turned ON the shower! Went back to my closet area and said, ""I dont want to open this wall because ""MY GUESS"", i will not find a leak at all!"" ...
What? I told him straight, I WONT BET ON YOUR OPINION BECAUSE YOU ARE BASING IT ON A GUESS! My temper is starting to build up but still gave a chance to believe in their work. They made a 1x2ft hole in my wall. They found dried trace of water but no active leak and moisture. (Note: He did not turned ON the shower!) His final diagnosis was, might be the panels of the bathroom wall needs RECULKING! No matter how much we tried to believe him, my husband and I still doubted his skills. Since a hole in the wall, is left open for another company to fix it...and our gut is telling us something is really wrong. We turned on the shower and saw active leak and drip of water where hole was at. WE HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEO TO PROVE! We were right all along to doubt him!
This company needs to make sure that their plumbers have TRUE skills to do their job! Or yet to make sure if they are qualified and certified at all! Their office needs to have a proper VM set up.

Be carful with this company. I had to use them through my insurance that my insurance eventually kicked them off the job because they took 3 weeks to respond back. They weren't around long enough or did any work besides pressure testing my system but I could say that this company stoled the freon that I had in my system to resell it and when I tried to contact them about it they ignored all my phone calls.

Graydon Kouri was the assigned contractor from our home warranty program when our AC went out this last week. It was a zillion degrees in our house....
Graydon was kind, efficient, and went WAY out of his way to help us get our AC back up and running as fast as possible. There were all kinds of weird little roadblocks in the way (first, there was a weird kind of lock on our refrigerant, so he had to order a key--he came back as soon as that key came in--then he had to climb into the attic to see what the problem was, found a malfunctioning valve, which had to be replaced). When all was said and done, he came to our home at the tail end of business hours yesterday and stayed till 7PM (!!!) to make sure all was working properly before he left.
Plus, he's just a genuinely nice guy. :) Highly recommend.

This company was referred by my home warranty company. Graydon Kouri Plumbing is horrible. Wish I could give negative stars. The worker lied and said he could not clean the tub drain lines because he did not have the correct equipment and would have to come back. He also said he needed to order a part for the tub faucet. After no return calls, I called the home warranty to find out what was happening and they stated he put on the work order that all work was completed. I asked about the part and they stated he never put in for authorization for the part (again he lied). They contacted him and 2 days later they responded and stated he said the broken part was ""not normal wear and tear"". Again he lied and wanted to charge me $250.00 for a faucet after he collected his $100.00 service fee. Beware of this company, he does not complete the work and LIES!

Horrible !
Referred by insurance co.. I got a hold of them after 2 days of trying and didnt show up to initial appt. Showed a few days later and didnt fix the problem but charged me for 2# of freon that's not covered by my insurance without asking me first.
The guy said that I should've known my coverage which I did! I told him that he should've asked me first if I wanted anything done that's not covered by insurance. He says I was right but here's the bill .. $160+. Assholes.
I've been calling now again for 2 days and no call back from them again..
Very unprofessional and the asst guy is someone I wouldnt want entering my home again.

They came out through our home warranty. Were very rude when speaking with my husband. Acknowledged our system was 30 years old (with a 15-17 yr life span) and not working with great ability and our fan was making extremely loud noises in the house, and all he did was put coolant in our AC and ordered a small part. Our problems are the same as before they got there. Very stressful and frustrating.

This company was assigned to me from home warranty company. I was apprehensive at first after reading other reviews.
However, both service men are very courteous and professional. They fixed the problem on first try. Now the AC works like a champ.
I am very happy with the service.
