This company was referred by my home warranty company. Graydon Kouri Plumbing is horrible. Wish I could give negative stars. The worker lied and said he could not clean the tub drain lines because he did not have the correct equipment and would have to come back. He also said he needed to order a part for the tub faucet. After no return calls, I called the home warranty to find out what was happening and they stated he put on the work order that all work was completed. I asked about the part and they stated he never put in for authorization for the part (again he lied). They contacted him and 2 days later they responded and stated he said the broken part was ""not normal wear and tear"". Again he lied and wanted to charge me $250.00 for a faucet after he collected his $100.00 service fee. Beware of this company, he does not complete the work and LIES!

Horrible !
Referred by insurance co.. I got a hold of them after 2 days of trying and didnt show up to initial appt. Showed a few days later and didnt fix the problem but charged me for 2# of freon that's not covered by my insurance without asking me first.
The guy said that I should've known my coverage which I did! I told him that he should've asked me first if I wanted anything done that's not covered by insurance. He says I was right but here's the bill .. $160+. Assholes.
I've been calling now again for 2 days and no call back from them again..
Very unprofessional and the asst guy is someone I wouldnt want entering my home again.

They came out through our home warranty. Were very rude when speaking with my husband. Acknowledged our system was 30 years old (with a 15-17 yr life span) and not working with great ability and our fan was making extremely loud noises in the house, and all he did was put coolant in our AC and ordered a small part. Our problems are the same as before they got there. Very stressful and frustrating.

This company was assigned to me from home warranty company. I was apprehensive at first after reading other reviews.

However, both service men are very courteous and professional. They fixed the problem on first try. Now the AC works like a champ.

This company is the absolute worst! Just bought a home and the heater went out so the home insurance sent this company. My appointment was scheduled between 12-5. He called my partner at 11:15 and said they were at the home. She informed them that I was on my way and would be home in 15 minutes. He left and came back around 1:30 when he came to the door he said oo you are here now. I told him my appointment was from 12-5 and I was home at 11:45! He was so rude. Looked at my thermostat and said it's broken but I got to work! Left and an hour later no heat. I called them back and they never called back until I called my insurance called them to tell them the heat wasn't working. There is still no heat I called another company to come fix my heater! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

This company is terrible at communicating. We first contacted our home warranty company on May 29 and still our air conditioner is not fixed! They never answer the phone or return calls. The warranty company has had the same problem contacting them. The first replacement compressor was not the correct one...that was July 2. They came again July 28 to install one and it lasted a minute before blowing up. We haven't been able to contact them since. :/

I wish that I could give this company 0 stars. They were dispatched to us through the home warranty company Residential MD. I clearly explained the problem that two other competent Heating & Air Conditioning Services had documented and noted. In order to be reimbursed a portion of the furnace and condenser from the home warranty company, I needed the company dispatched to confirm. What a mess, this guy came out and didn't bring the proper tools to diagnose the problem and on top of that disconnected the air conditioner in the process and we had to reconnect it!!!! He was rude and very unprofessional and didn't spend more than 10 minutes at the residence. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this company and will be notifying the home warranty company.

I need to install a central heat & AC unit in my rental property. I had a company came out for an estimate. The guy told me it's impossible to install a central air because my house is one of the old design that the attic is too small to install the duck work and the attic is not connect to the entire house. It was so disappointing.
Very fortunate my property management recommend graydon kori to give me an estimate. Graydon was very professional & knowledgeable. After he checked out the house, he gave me an answer was YES he will be able to install a central air and heat unit for me. He explained every detail what is he going to do on the job. He came out couple time to explain detail over again to my husband because my husband wasn't there to listen at the first time.
Price is reasonable. Graydon and Keith did an excellent job. Unit looks great and works awesome. Graydon was very responsible. He sent me updated detail messages everyday on the phone about what he did on the job and what have left to be done. When the job was completed, he made sure the whole area was clean and neat. No mess or trash was left behind. He even vacuum and mop the floor for me. Thank you graydon! I would recommend graydon kori company to my friend and relatives in the future.

10/31/15 We had plumbing problems including leaking kitchen faucet, leaking pipes under the kitchen sink and issues with bath room faucets. The home warranty company had originally set us up with a provider who did not work out. We called the warranty company and they rescheduled us with Graydon Kouri. He was there as promised on time. He showed us what work was needed and let us know that the warranty company would approve the work needed.
He set up the return appointment to fit our work schedules. He came back and completed all the work very quickly. Not only did he do the repairs as promised, he also made sure that each area he worked in was neat and clean when he was done. I was very grateful that he was very diligent in making sure that there was no mess or trash left for me to take care of. The things he worked on look very nice and function properly.We are very satisfied and I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

On 1 Oct 2015, after a long period of waiting for the bureaucracy of the service provider and the Home Warranty service to exchange notes, our air conditioner was finally repaired to working order. Given all parts work in the days ahead, we are pleased with the work our technician (Keith) did for our broken system. For original frustrations, refer to my 19 September review. Congrats guys, you moved up two stars.
