We used Faulstick plumbing for 14 years with no problem until now. Jake Faulstick came to service our acid neutralizer recently. We have an extension cord right behind the acid neutralizer to reach our basement freezer. He either unplugged it to reinstalled it, or he unplugged the extension cord while removing the tank. We lost an entire freezer full of meat! We hadn't put anything in or taken anything out until today weeks later to realize that it was unplugged. When I called an explained this to him, he apologized and asked me to contact his Mother to file an insurance claim. Well, the second we hung up, he called his Mother to say not to file a claim, because he didn't do it. The acid neutralizer was infront of the extension cord and runs along a cement wall on the floor of our basement. He was the only one that's been anywhere near it. So Jake lied to me by saying an insurance claim would be filed through his mother. He then rushed to call to make sure she wouldn't file a claim because now he didn't do it. Gotta love that professionalism!! He also spilled calcium on our driveway, calcium all over our basement floor and water and didn't clean a drop of it up. They were top notch until now. Never again is all I can say to that pathetic plumber.

Jake installed our well pump and water bladder tank a week ago. He is very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and reasonably priced. His father Graydon installed the pump in our well 25 years ago before we purchased the home. His website is also very well done. We were customers of Graydon and we will certainly continue to be customers of Jake's! Is it possible to rate them beyond 5 stars? We HIGHLY recommend using Graydon Faulstick Plumbing!

Mr. Faulstick strung us along for a week, telling us his son would come out and then rescheduling us each time something else came up. Word to the wise...if you want Faulstick to come out, tell him you don't have ANY water. The fact that we had water trickling out for days seemed good enough for him to continue to push us off. He finally scheduled us for Saturday afternoon, then called Saturday morning to reschedule us for Sunday with an excavator guy for an estimate without even knowing what the real issue was. His plan was to then come out on Tuesday to give us his estimate and schedule the work for later in the week (which means it would have been another week until they even started the work). Eventually, we called someone else on that Saturday, they came out on Monday and fixed it in 2 hours, for a lot less than Faulstick was quoting us without even seeing it.

Well, after 12 yrs. and several plumbers (mostly bad), I was lucky enough to find a young man, whose family has been in the business for over 25 years, and to whom I am grateful for not only fixing an emergency issue, but offering a clear, well-planned, comprehensive and reasonably priced solution to my entire plumbing needs for a nearly 50 yr. old home with original piping. Coupling technical expertise with positive customer interaction (not phony, but genuine), Jake worked with me to solve my home's needs for not only now, but in the future. The work was examined, proposed, executed and completed to my satisfaction, and at a very reasonable price.
