We had an unpleasant experience recently with Graybell Plumbing.  First, we were very surprised --  at this time of exponential Omicron spread -- that the plumber arrived without a mask.  We asked him to go back to his truck to get one, but he could not find one, so we gave him one of ours.   We had called Graybell to repair a valve in a showerhead, which the workman did repair, but while he was in our home, we asked him to check one of the toilets, which seemed to have a low water level in the bowl.  He made some adjustment and suggested that we rebuild the toilet.  After he left, we discovered that now the toilet was running all the time, so we called the company back.  The person who took our call was quite unpleasant, saying that what was needed was a $175 """"rebuild,"""" and that they were not going to come back to undo whatever they had done.  We will not be using this company again.
