Highly recommend Gray Plumbing for reliability, expertise, efficiency, hard work, value and courtesy. Plumbers Eric and Michael were lifesavers before Christmas when I had major plumbing problems. I had contacted an individual plumber who found a pipe problem under my house that was more than he could deal with. I contacted Gray Plumbing and Eric came promptly, identified the problem, explained it and showed photos. Eric and Michael replaced several badly corroded and leaking pipes under the house, keeping me abreast of what they were doing. They laid paper in the house keeping the floors immaculate. They were quiet, polite, and worked quickly. Thank you, Eric and Michael for doing a great job.

Deontae Frank did a superb job all around. He explained about the company first and asked specific questions to narrow down the exact issues. Once that was done he explained, well, more than any other service person in recent memory. He was thorough, to say the least. I never felt he was rushing through the process. He examined every plumbing feature inside and out, another first. In short, I cannot say enough about how great a job Deontae did. Bravo!

I cannot speak more highly of this company. First, they were able to get me an appointment within 2 hours of my call. Next they sent over JEREMY SMITH...nice guy, polite, informative, and a Skilled repairman. The guy made the price alot more digestible, which I will say was pretty high but not outside of the average costs of a plumber. Very refreshing to see a Skilled Trades guy come out with this sort of salesmanshipand professionalism. Gotta appreciate a company that keeps guys like this on staff. IT MEANS THINGS WILL GET DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. They will be my go to plumbers from now on!

Installed new water service pipes from meter to home. Very expensive. Sprinklers wouldn't work after work was completed. Called them and they came out but said it wasn't anything they did even though they didn't check above the meter. Turns out it was their fault and there was a crack and hole in the sprinkler line where they worked. They would not respond to my emails or my phone call so I had the sprinkler fixed. Very disappointing.
I would not recommend this company.

Their team is always helpful and they make sure your project is done correctly.
Michael was very courteous and respectful. He would wear his booties in the house and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done.
They have worked on my son's house also!
They may not be the cheapest plumber but they are professional and get the job done and many times you end up getting what you pay for - if you go cheap - you get cheap!
They have a quick response time and are always friendly to deal with.

This was a first-time call to Gray's after doing a little web searching for a local plumber. The call was quick and professional and they were able to come out the same day with a scheduled arrival time between 12 and 2 pm. Due to an error on my part, I was not home and received a call at 12:02 that they were at the house, ready to go. I know better than to expect that every time, given the unknowns of any earlier work they may be on, but needless to say it made one heck of a first impression. Michael and ""Manny"" were thorough, professional, and worked through the challenges of dealing with 40+-year-old kitchen faucet piping, corroded shut-off valves, seized fittings, etc, in 2 adjacent houses. After an inspection, the reasonable price was quoted upfront and that was what it was when it was all said and done. We are back up and running, with 2 new faucets, cleanly installed water lines, and no trace of all the cutting, bending, and other efforts they had to put into making it happen. 100% chance they will be our first call for any work we need moving forward.
