We used Gray for the installation of our geothermal system. This was a major project where our entire heating and air conditioning in our house was replaced. They took it upon themselves to do the entire job including some construction and the drilling. Of course they subcontracted those two pieces out, but they worked with people they knew.

Of course with a large project such as this there are bound to be complications. They addressed each and every complication. It wasn't always easy, but they stood behind their work and made sure everything was correct.

We now look forward to their visits to maintain the system each year.
