I called a several time before getting a respond. After Kerry showed up at my house smelling like tequila and his eyes were bloody red. It was 8 pm, no one was with him. I was hoping he was not drinking and driving, cause he looked like he had a few shots. While he was trying to fix the problem in my bathroom, he decided to smoke a cigarette without asking if it was ok to smoke in my house. I decide to leave it and let him smoke it. He came to me in the living room saying ""I will be back in the morning with some pieces I need to fix the problem. I shut down the water in the bathroom for now, you just can't flush."" I said ""fine see you in the morning"" He never showed up the next morning..trying to get a hold of him, then couldn't reach him..3 weeks later I get a hold of him using my daughter's cell. When he remembered who I was he hanged up on me and blocked my daughter's numbers as well. I wasted my time calling this company...not professional at all.

Kerri is an amazing guy. When other companies wanted to squeeze us dry and suggested unnecessary repairs, he came in and was very trustworthy and reasonable. He is my plumber and I recommend him to all of my friends and family. His guys are really great as well.
