I was extremely happy with my service from Gravity I had dealt with 2 different plumbing companies coming out and both of them tried to get me to pay an arm and a leg for a bunch of different work which for the longest time I believed the 2 companies. I called Gravity out and they were able to quickly tell what the issue was which wasn't the issue the other 2 told me and they were able to get my kitchen sink running. I feel like there isnt many trust worthy plumbing companies out there but im glad to know that i can count on Gravity. I'm finally able to have home cooked meals and clean plates and silverware again I'm so happy with there service and I'll definitely be going with Gravity for any future issues.

Lethon responded to my request (on Thanksgiving day at 9pm) within 5 minutes. Had a tech out the next day, who solved my issue in less than an hour. Seth (tech) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Strongly recommend Gravity Drain Services!

My kitchen sink stopped draining. It was completely blocked up. Gravity came out, diagnosed the problem, wound up getting up on the roof, and about 30 minutes later the drain was clearer than it had been in years. The service was fast, friendly, and very reasonable. I'd use them again myself and highly recommend to others.

I dealt with a leaky faucet for a few weeks because honestly I just didn't want to deal with a plumber (no offense to all the plumber's out there!) but if anyone can make your plumbing experience pleasant....it's Lethon and Gravity Drain Services. I got several bids on Yelp and Lethon was the only one that gave me a firm price as well as responding within minutes and having a flexible schedule to suit my needs. He showed up right on time, was very professional in appearance including his work van yet laid back and friendly. He was happy to use the faucet I purchased online, was quick and efficient and now I wonder why I had a bucket under my sink all that time avoiding the problem. He even looked at my toilet and gave me some free tips for DIY fixes if/when it acts up which it has in the past. We had a nice chat when I walked him out and he is just one of those people that authentically likes to help others. Hopefully our paths don't cross soon but if the need arises, I'll actually look forward to calling Lethon/Gravity Drain Services and you should too.

Wow! Professional. Quick. Fixed a broken water pipe faucet going outside. He added a shut off to help keep it from happening again. Would definitely call again if I ever had problems.

This not only was some of the best service I've ever had in plumbing, but with any service. We had a clogged toilet on CHRISTMAS EVE (afternoon) and Lethon responded the fastest.
Not only was quick but couldn't beat the price, especially on Christmas Eve! We were up a creek today not only with a busy day and needed service. We didn't know if it would have to wait another day.
I asked him if he had any more jobs (hoping he could call it a day, on this particular day), and he shrugged and said he's ""24 hour service"", he didn't know.

We are recommending him to everyone because he hustles, is fair with his price, and does a great job!
