We had a whole house water filter installed in basement not long ago and the plumber was fast, knowledgeable about everything related to plumbing! They arrived on time and didn't leave a mess and showed me how to unhook and remove the filter to ensure I didn't cause a mess when the filter needed to be changed.

Prices are reasonable and I hope you give this company a chance in the future. They care about their work, etc....

Wow! This was a bad situation for me, my toilet was not working. I needed to have the flange replaced. We are senior citizens. I called (are you ready for this) at least 14 plumbers. No one answered their phones. I left messages, out of the 14, one called me back and said he was booked until the end of November. So I decided to go out of area and I called Gravelle Plumbing & Htg. This was on Friday, Oct. 18, 2019. To my surprise a real human being answered. She was a very gracious lady, her name is Bernie. I explained my problem and she said she was sorry that they could not help me today but if I could not get anyone else to call them Monday morning. Well, yep, you guessed it, no one was returning my calls, so early Monday a.m. I called Gravelle and Bernie answered the phone and said she was sorry that I did not get any responses from anyone else, and they would send a plumber out to fix my problem that afternoon. Scott, the plumber arrived on time, checked out the problem and said he would have it fixed in no time. He was here an hour, fixed the problem. He was friendly, efficient and really knew what he was doing. I now have a toilet that is working. THANK YOU!!!!
If I could give them a 100 star rating I would. I would like to give a thank you to the owner of the company who hired Bernie and Scott, smart man. This company really knows and acts on the meaning of giving SERVICE to customers. By the way, their pricing is very reasonable.

I started working with Gravelle Plumbing and Heating about 7-8 months ago. Harlon Pelarski (one of the owners) was my main contact and in the beginning was very nice to work with. They were supposed to order rebuild my 2nd bathroom and order a new bathtub. Several times I drove 3 hours one way to my cabin in Aitkin but nobody showed up! They wasted a lot of my time and I got nothing in return. They stopped answering my phone calls. I even wrote an email to Bill Gravelle (the 2nd owner) to complain but he never responded. I never received any communication after this. The bathtub I paid for was never ordered. After the company wasted several of my days of my time driving out to the cabin and after waiting for 7-8 months, I decided to order the bathtub and do the installation myself.
