They did not complete work for an 86 y/o woman, leaving her front yard looking bad. It has been a year and after many calls they tell her they do not have to do the work. I had an issue with them several years back but I had hoped they had changed the way they deal with customers. It is despicable that they would leave this elderly woman like this, she does not have the funds to hire someone else to clean up their mess.
