This review incorporates three separate visits to my home by Grateful Plumbers. Friday, 8/7/20 an estimate, Monday, 8/10/20 rough plumbing and Friday, 8/14/20 connecting plumbing and installation of vanity. Adam, with Grateful Plumbers, came out last week to provide an estimate for plumbing a new dual sink bathroom vanity from a single sink vanity and then complete hook-up and installation after movers get vanity from garage into bathroom location. Adam was professional, had competetive pricing and honest about concerns he could encounter with a 65 year old house.

Adam's concerns were justified when he returned on Monday to plumb the new drains and water lines. Several things weren't where we expected or it was an extremely tight fit into the existing space. I was thinking a new, simple T-drain off the existing drain when I purchased the new vanity but not so much. Regardless, Adam made everything work with a few modifications.

Next, and last, the new vanity was moved into place by Bell Hop Movers. They did an awesome job moving the heavy vanity with the marble top and sinks already attached. More to come under their business.

Adam worked within our schedule and budget, his apprentice, Brandon, was major helpful, both were polite, down-to-earth and did a good job. I'm glad we went with Grateful Plumbers.

I got up in the morning, headed to the shower. There was this gross smelly backup the have come up our shower drain. I really wasn't sure who to call. As I scrolled through plumbing services I found that Grateful Plumbing had same day service and they were just down the road. They were here very quickly, great service, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again awesome service!

I liked them when they first came over because they are nice and seemed to be helpful. Unfortunately, they did a lazy job and gave us some very bad advice. They told us that we would have to remove some duct work to be able to install a gas line to the kitchen. They also recommended an HVAC person to do the job that never replied to our phone calls. We ended going with another HVAC person who came over and showed us that the Grateful Plumber people's measurements were completely wrong when they determined where the gas line would go (their measurements were several feet off!). This other company easily installed it without removed any duct work. The Grateful Plumber's careless miscalculation almost cost me a lot of extra money. Please be careful if you hire them and double check their work.
