Toilet replacement estimated 350-500 buckets! Was that so hard.

Great communication (texts confirming appointment time and when plumber was on the way), on time (or even early! - called first to confirm availability), professional demeanor, gave options to repair and/or replace, left repair area clean. Plus - we're back to taking hot showers again! Very satisfied!

From four plumbing companies Grateful Plumbing was the only company that would give me a quote for a straightforward job. All I wanted was a quote for a shut off valve replacement. Other companies talk about ""straight out of the book pricing"" but they don't want to give you the straight out of the book price before the work. Work was completed in 20 minutes. Not cheap, but professional and on time.
