Karl R.On Sunday night, my water heater gave out. Monday morning, I called early and much to my surprise, Adam the owner answered. After checking his schedule, he agreed to come out that same day. He and another showed up earlier than estimated and by early Monday afternoon everything was fixed.
Nobody likes having plumbing issues, but Adam and Grateful Plumber took care of me quickly and professionally. Good service and good products are worth the price. Grateful Plumber will be the FIRST plumber I call from now on.

Of the water heater told me It could be the gas valve but no way to know unless you changed it. $549. Then sent me a quote that was ridiculous. $3000+ I gave you 2 stars because you were not disrespectful now it's 1 because you wanna make it look like I'm in the wrong as with EVERY response you have. I said I had to speak with my wife because I needed a second opinion (wanted to know if what I heard was right with the 2nd opinion) and wanted her input. But when does a Richmond not have a thermocouple?
