Returned home from Tucson for the summer and had a couple issues with a/c. Called them Thursday a.m. , they returned call immediately set up appointment for the following afternoon. Technician called 5 minutes before arrival and within a short period of time had us up and running. Technician polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more professional service.

Worst company ever. Charged me for leaks not fixed and leaks they did ""fix"" are still leaking. Plumber actually fell asleep while installing my garbage disposal.,..that is now leaking less than 6 months in.

When your furnace stops working, it's a panic. When your elderly parents' furnace that live 400 miles away stops working, it's a real panic.

Called Grasser's and they showed up on time, AND, they only found a trivial problem that was quickly fixed. Honest, straightforward repairs at fair prices are not always easy to find.

My brother first used Grasser's for a plumbing issue (for the parental units) and w/he had a good experience -- they hire good people so they are on our shortlist of who to call when we need plumbing or heating done.

Found Grasser's technicians experienced and fully competent. Unfortunately the product installed was well below acceptable, especially for the price charged. Further Grasser's doesn't stand behind their product. By no means what I expected.

Absolutely no regard for the health and safety of customers!

The technician showed up without a mask. I was wearing a mask when I answered the door, he did not have a mask on, nor did he offer to put one on. He just entered my house as if there was no concern for my family's health and safety or his own. If this is how business is typically conducted, then he is a walking risk. We usually have Town & Country come out when we have a problem, but they weren't available today. Maybe I have just been spoiled by their professional service, but the technician from Grasser's didn't even offer to remove his shoes or put on shoe covers. Horribly unprofessional service with no regard for the customers health and safety during this pandemic. I felt extremely uncomfortable with him in my home.
