I gave them a second job since the first one went so well. The job was to insulate my outdoor copper pipes from my HVAC. This one was easier but they failed. They recommended the wrong solution and didn't even clean up their mess. Completely disappointed and I won't be calling them again for any future work. Please see pics below for the work they did.

Listen to the 1 star reviews!! If I could, I would give them negative stars! I hired them to replace a shower valve. I told them the exact part and have them the link to the $15 home Depot product. They replaced the valve with a defective part and even used a totally different handle than we had.

After 14 days, the valve and handle broke off and they wanted to charge me again to fix it. They charged 300, would not give me a receipt dive I paid cash and a plumber that a friend recommended, fixed it right and charged me only $150

Tony responded quickly. He came when he said he would. I called about a boiler that stopped working. He had to order a new motor and replace it, which he did pretty quickly. His price was a little on the higher side in my opinion but he got the job done quickly and he didn't charge for an estimate.

The guy came to look at my furnace and he poked around and after looking around and testing the cables, he stated that the furnace wasn't getting any power and then charged me $140. I had to call an electrician and another HVAC company to fix my furnace. $140 wasted.

BEWARE-- my hot water tank broke and I called them to fix it. Tony came to install a new one and it took many, many hours and someone else had to come back the next day to finish the job. After less than a week, my hot water stopped working and I had to call a different person to help me out. They found that there was water RIGHT next to the unprotected wires, which could have caused a fire and a short in the apartment. The interior space of the tank were also rusted AND because they did not install the tank properly it was already leaking, so I had to get a new one immediately. The other one star reviews are ACCURATE

BEWARE!!!!!!! I hired Tony to fix my shower leak and change the fixtures. It took more than 8 hours and he still had to come back the next day. He then charged DOUBLE the quote stating it turned out to be more work. After one use of the shower, the leak came back and I had to hire a different plumber to not only fix the leaking valve, but to correct the damage he caused to the pipes. (Not to mention the reckless use of the fire torch and burned wood in my wall) Beware!!!!!!!

This should be a 0. The first guy shows up two and half hours late to give us an estimate. Makes us wait on a second guy, who arrives 30 minutes later. They tell us they will get back to us with the estimate as they need to price it out. Then we get hit with a $190 service fee - because they came to view the job??? When we set up the appointment, there was no mention of a fee! Terrible communication and business practice.

Not recommended at all. It took 7 hours to install the garbage disposal but they failed to seal the water tight. The next morning I found it is leaking. Tried to call back but no response from them again. Charged more than what is quoted and not able to finish the work. Have to find another plumber to fix it. Terrible experience.
