Actually, I'm not sure about the quality of Matt's work, since he left without finishing the job, and turning the water on at our new build.
For some reason, on the final day, (after he got paid) he told that us he was leaving to get parts and would be back in an hour. He left a puddle of water under the sink in my NEW vanity, (meaning that there was a leak in the drain he installed) and never returned to finish the job, or called to explain himself.
After that disappearing act, I didn't bother to try and contact him, (though my builder did with no response) I'm done with Grant Plumbing.

I had some trouble getting him to call back and respond to my texts in the beginning of the build, which I found very frustrating, and unprofessional.

He ""may"" be good at plumbing, but his problems with communication and lack of integrity are nothing to be ignored.

Unfortunately he's in Klamath Falls, with few plumbers to choose from. He has all the work he can handle and it may have gone to his head.

Matt is great! Our water pressure on our part of Homedale is low. Water company said a 36psi was acceptable in our area. Called several plumbers. Matt was only one who returned the call, came by and gave a quote to install a water pressure booster. Came in under quote, job done quickly and even recommended an electrician for the electrical portion, who was great!
It's working really well.
If you need a plumber, just call Matt. We plan to use him again when we remodel kitchen and baths for the plumbing portion.

Terrible follow through, if you are looking for a professional this is not the place. I emailed a request for an estimate and got no response. Ok, I call speak with Matt and make an appointment for an estimate on a complete re-plumb of my water lines. Appointment day comes around Grant Plumbing no shows. I call them and leave voice mail asking for a call back to reschedule. Never heard anything back. I figure either the job is too big for them, or they don't want a 4k or so job. Could have just said so instead of booking an appointment and not showing. Very unprofessional, and Im very disappointed they were the top ranked plumbers on yelp. Must have stacked the deck......

Matt came out, diagnosed and replaced our water heater in the matter of hours! I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon but if I do, Grant Plumbing will be my first and only call!

Matt from Grants Plumbing is the one to call. He installed a 50 gal water heater in our home 11 months ago and came back to see how we were doing. He's polite, courteous, a great family man and he knows his stuff.

I hired Grant plumbing under emergency circumstances to repair my waste line for a rental property I own. The nature of the emergency was that the sewer was backing up AND a family member had just died.
They were responsive, well priced and even complied with an unusual request from the neighbor. That is why I give them 1 star.
However, they did not complete the work and have blown off my attempts to contact them for about the past year. Unfortunately I am a long distance landlord so I was not able to stand over them to make sure they were repairing the entire length of pipe that I was paying them to do. The worst part is that the portion of pipe they did not replace is the most troublesome. I have contacted Matt via voicemail and text messages to ask when he will complete the work. The only responses I get outline how long he is on vacation. I feel like they took advantage of the fact that I was not able to be present during the work and know that chasing after them legally is not feasible.
I typically support small business, but I caution against using this company.
