I called A1 heroes service heroes for a small job repairing a bib connection and they arrived on time however they did not have anything to fix it so they had to go get a part came back and said they just remember they had a piece in the truck which they put on and did not appear to be a fairly new part of the whole thing took maybe 15 to 20 minutes of they came back and said well we're going to reduce our service fee from 69 to 39 and Labor$140 and that calculation about seven hundred and twenty dollars an hour for the time they were here. talked with a friend who had-recommended them. and they said my bill was identical to theirs same amounts reduction of the service callTherefore they said that #BAL was the same total of $180for 15 minutes is same as the friends and they had a totally different situation

This team is outstanding. Kyle installed an air conditioning system for our cabana this summer, and activated the heating component today. He and his team are very knowledgeable about the equipment. They're also courteous and answer all my questions.
We will use A#1 for all of our HVAC needs.

These guys are the best in Service, Product Knowledge and the most professional in their field that have ever serviced our plumbing and HVAC needs. We are new to the Coachella Valley, and when I read their add for Air Conditioning Service we jumped on it after speaking to their friendly, knowledgeable office support staff, Sonja and Brienna. I was impressed with my first call and signed up for the services and discounts that membership offered. We have been so impressed that I felt I had to let others know that our rating for them is A+!! Our favorite technicians are Dave and Kyle in the Plumbing Dept and Sal in the HVAC arena!! We have not met them all but those guys went over and above to forward an estimate for parts and labor and then came to replace our hot water heater a day after we called. They hauled the old one away and by shower time, we were up and running hot water! Sal in HVAC performed a full inspection of our HVAC and put our mind at ease that all was working well. What great guys! Excellent service on our home plumbing and HVAC needs!! We are Service Hero Fans!

I would highly recommend! Gabe was fantastic- honest, thorough, and made sure I was happy with the end product. I've worked with some awful HVAC companies in the past and these guys stand out from the pack! Great customer service, great product, and great employees! They follow up on scheduling routine maintenance (one less thing I have to remember) and they call you when they are on their way- no more waiting around all day to get something fixed. They are on top of it! Very impressed.

We were having trouble with our tankless water heater so we called and made an appointment. Jack and Sam worked diligently to try to find the problem and spent a good part of the day to fix the unit. They even called the manufacturer trying to find the problem. Finally we determined we could work through the various suggestions by the manufacturer (and possibly still not fix it) or buy a new unit. It was 8+ yrs old so we opted for a new unit. These guys are great. How about they did what they said they would do for what they quoted. It was done well by techs that we pleasant and professional and knowledgeable. Yeah, amazing!

Techs we Kyle and Cecil. Amazing. It's 110 and they're up on the attic area working hard and not complaining. Telling us what to expect. Cleaning up afterwards.

I am 100% recommending the guys. Seriously. Great results. House is more comfortable and they cleaned up.

No one likes spending their money on HVAC. But if you do you want a company that keeps their word. These are the guys.

Technician showed up and without examining the unit said there was nothing he could do and quoted me $3,500. He didn't try to diagnose the issue. I paid a service fee only to receive a 5 minute conversation and a huge quote. I then called a competitor who sent a technician, who examined the unit, who diagnosed the problem and who corrected it within 15 minutes. A minor part was needed. The unit is now operating properly, all for less than $100.

AC went out last night called home warranty 615 am today and A1 responded in and completed repair by 4:15 pm, the response time was excellent, David was very professional, and we are chilling. Based on this, our first experience highly recommend this company. Great Job A 1
