Lesson learned - get your quote in writing. The invoice they presented after the work was much higher than what they quoted on the phone. We would not have gone through with the service if they had been honest and upfront about the real price. Either way, lesson learned. *No discount provided for not having to haul off our old heater. Changed the day they were coming, then showed up three and a half hours early. Updated: Equipment installed is sub par. We can no longer use hot water in multiple faucets. If you want to wash your hands with warm water, the dishwasher or washing machine can't be on. Very disappointed.
