I have used Grandstaff Plumbing and Gas a number of times. They helped me solve a very elusive problem on my home and despite others struggling and not fixing the issue these folks figured it out, solved it and as a bonus, it turned out to be pretty inexpensive. I also own rental properties and have used them repeatedly on those. The service is great and the prices fair. They do only first quality work they are willing to stand behind. It's a family business run with pride and the owner is former Air Force. Good people, give them a try, you will not be sorry.

Simply put, one of the least competent and overly priced """"so-called"""" plumbers that I have ever dealt with. Mr. Grandstaff is arrogant, opinionated, and very obviously all about making a dollar, while cutting corners. His work is sub-standard, save yourself a lot of hassle and headache, check the yellow pages for ANY OTHER plumber in Okaloosa county, it will be WELL worth your effort to avoid this quack!
