I cannot recommend Grand Slam Plumbing enough! I submitted a service request before hours, and within minutes of them opening I received a call from Brittany to set up an appointment. She was very kind and helpful working around my schedule with ease. I then received a call the day of asking if the time agreed on still worked for me, and then at my request a call when the technician was on their way. Ryan showed up on time and presented himself in a wonderful manner. He was honest about what needed to be done, and a timeline for how long it would take to complete. He was able to answer any of my questions with ease, and completed the job on time and budget. He was clean, quick, kind and helpful! When I need plumbing service again I know who I will call!! We called Grand Slam on a Monday for a leak under our master bedroom sink per recommendation from a friend that has used them and liked them a lot. They were able to come on Tuesday and took care of the leak quickly. A great part of the service is they check all toilets and the water heater to give an update on the life span of each. Turns out we have a toilet that needs to be replaced due to the porcelain cracking and leaking. Will definitely recommend to our friends and family!

We had a bit of an emergency, and with all of the positive reviews that I read online, I reached out to Grand Slam. This is family owned and operated business. I spoke with Brittany, who was so sweet and knowledgeable over the phone and knew just what was happening with our sink (air conditioner vent backed up into our sink and was making it overflow.. who knew) she had Josh out to us asap, yep, same day and within a couple of hours. Lots of information and how to's for us to keep this from happening in the future. He cleared it all out, and no mess left behind. Honest, clean cut, informative and even wore booties on his shoes because it was raining outside. 10 stars if I could.
