Great experience with this company! Had them out to check my air conditioner because it was making some unusual noises. Their staff was very helpful and friendly. I think it was the most professional service I've ever experienced. They set up an appointment for me, showed up on time and completed the repairs I needed and the pricing was very fair. I'd highly recommend them for any service needed. Great job Grand Canyon!

Everybody needs to go to this company. They are the best out there don't go to any other company. They have the best technicians here and they do the best work. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. The owner is the nicest person employees are good people.

On April 10th 2023 Grand Canyon Home Services inspected my broken down A/C unit as it was not working. The next day late I received a quote to replace my A/C coil that they said had a hole in it and leaked all the Freon out. The tech said they might have to order from overseas as the coil was rare. I have a 3-year-old Carrier A/C unit in a 3 year old house. There were four prices from Platinum down to Band Aid Repair slightly under 5k. I told them on the 12th of April that I had a person that might be able to source the Coil and could I have the Part number. I called twice and never got a call back. The next day I sent an email and got a part number back. I then asked for the model number which they sent me. Turns out the 2 numbers were for different coils, a small one around 2 ton and a 5 ton. So the numbers did not match. I had another A/C company come on the 15th, of April 16, 2023. They found an aluminum line to copper the solder had come undone and separated. Since it was the company that originally installed my A/C unit they evacuated the system checked it all out. Filled it back up at no cost. You can make out what you will with the work from Grand Canyon Home Services, but I would not recommend them to anyone.

Charged me $155 for 5 min work. Wouldn't even spend another 5 min to clean out my equipment or at least vacuum out the cob webs. DO NOT USE this company. There is no ""go the extra mile"" attitude, or go above and beyond. Absolutely a scam and rip off to charge me another $250 to clean the equipment. Additionally, The tech had a terrible attitude.

We were unsure how to turn on our gas fireplace in our new home.... Kyle came out and fixed it up quickly and showed us exactly how to use it. He was professional and knowledgeable. He made it look brand new and beautiful!

I hired Grand Canyon Services to come perform an A/C Service and do a routine water heater flush/check up. After they left, my water heater stopped heating entirely and blew the circuit breaker. I called them out again and they THEN told me that only one of my elements were blown out and needed placed. They told me that they would have to charge me nearly $300 that included the price of the part ($20) I asked Tommy (service guy) why it costed so much and he said it was because they had to drain the tank again. Here is my issue - these elements should have been checked as part of a service maintenance when they flushed the system to begin with- because they missed that fact they should have offered me a credit towards the second repair trip. More over, when I had Veteran's Plumbing come out to look at what the true issue was- they determined that BOTH elements (see the attached pictures) were blown and not just one. While I understand that Grand Canyon Services is not responsible for my blown elements, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service we received which includes the inability to maintenance and diagnose an issue properly that then caused further expense to a homeowner. Had they looked at these elements when the tank was emptied from the gitgo we would have fixed the issue the first time and I would not have had to pay someone else to fix the issue a second time.

I recently called Grand Canyon Home Services to repair our hot water tank and very impressed with this company! Our service technician, Scott, was great and received a follow-up call the next day to ask if everything went well and our hot water heater was still working.

We had A leaky shower and a very old shower cartridge that needed to be replaced. We called this company and they provided great customer service getting the job done with no complications. The price quoted was right in line with other companies so we satisfied. Would definitely use them again if needed.

I'm upset. So we have been without Air Conditioning for 2-3 weeks now because ""Jasper"" at your company Grand Canyon Air Conditioning told us that our unit needed to be replaced for $7,000. Of course he told us he could replace a few things and do diagnostics but would cost us $800-900.
My wife and I are not rich. It's a struggle for us each month. So we had to start saving money and selling a few things in our home like my kids toys and a few heirlooms. What makes me sad and upset is that my family flew all the way from Oklahoma, Chicago and Florida for my father's funeral and they had to sleep on the floors in what rooms we could cool.
Lucky for us we have awesome friends. So I get connected to another air conditioning service to look at it. Guess what he found? The cheap capacitor was bad and your company Grand Canyon disconnected all the wires to our air conditioner! He fixed the problem and it only costed me $350! Now we have air conditioning in this hot Phoenix weather. My three kids don't have to sit in front of fans any longer.
But to you Grand Canyon Air - shame on you for taking advantage of people who are grieving. I will send this message out to all 6,000 of our friends, family and business contacts in the West Valley and show what a predator your company is. If this is not how Grand Canyon Air operates then you need to do some background research on ""Jasper"" because he just cost you a ton of goodwill.

Woke up yesterday morning to no A/C and it was humid and hot! Tried to contact our home warranty company, and finally after 3 hours they called me back. The assigned a service ticket and the contractor was pushing the repair visit out 6 days! No way! It's summer in Phoenix, are you kidding!? So my husband called Grand Canyon, they agreed to quickly dispatch someone. Unfortunately he was on a plane from LA to PHX and I was at work over an hour away. The tech didn't need access to the house for the likely repair, however, he did need my credit card info. And guess what I had done just that morning when I left in a flurry due to the A/C issues...left my purse and wallet at home on the counter. Between scheduling issues, travelling conflicts and lack of payment method - Grand Canyon was great! Kathy @ office was fantastic and understanding during my 'rant' and the tech, Todd was fantastic as well because I oddly had to have him go into the house, find my purse and get my credit card from my wallet for payment. Talk about crazy day! Came home last night to the house cooled from 85 to 78 (in only 2 hours) and by later last night finally to a very comfortable temperature. Very quick service and polite! Would definitely recommend Grand Canyon.
