David Z.On time, professional and reliable. I had some disappointing results with a different plumbing company and I was impressed with the crew Graham's sent to replace the broken pipe in my basement.
There were three tasks:
Install three toilets - I paid for separately. Two weeks later one seat fell off; both floats were not set correctly and water ran and ran and ran.
Repair spring in bath tub drain. Used it three times; broke again.
Re-attach PVC pike to sump done. Done. Forgot to check the height of discharge line and PVC pipe blocked the basement door. Could not open door.
Cost: Over $1,000. Had to call Maeser Plumbing to correct the problems.
Bryant K.Great experience with Graham's. They gave me a lower quote on a backup sump pump than the two most reviewed plumbers on Yelp in Louisville, and it is working great. They were flexible with scheduling and finished the job less than a week after I first contacted them. Highly recommend.
The N.Been living in my apartment for about five years now. Was having a few issues and told the landlord. He informed me that Graham Plumbing would be over the next day between 830 or 9am.
At around 820am, the plumber called me and informed me he would be there shortly. He arrived about 5 minutes later. That was good sign number 1, as he was not only on time, but early.
When I answered the door, he introduced himself and offered a handshake. Very professional. Since I work nights, I asked him could he fix the toilet in my bathroom first, as I would be headed to sleep once he finished. He said no problem and did so.
In all, he replaced two toilets and a sink in around two hours. I had no issue sleeping even while he fixed the other bathroom. Awesome job. Awesome company.
Anitra T.Worst customer service and so unprofessional. Don't choose them if you want dependability. Sam Graham gave us an estimate and told us to call when we had fixtures in hand and ready to start. Super nice up front but when I called he acted as if I was a complete bother for making his phone ring. I explained who I was and that he had met my husband at a job for an estimate. I explained we were asked to call when we could schedule. He did not respond. Silence. I said hello? He said ""yeah? So what's your question? I told him again my name and so on. It had only been a few days between the estimate and the call. He said ""do you have a job name? I said no but gave him my last name again. He finally put my last name with my husbands and remembered. He said ""Oh ok. I'm just overwhelmed right now"" i said me too, I can tell. He got angry and said ""Yeah, I can tell! You know what? Just find someone else to do it! "" and hung up on me! Wow!
Melanie P.I called three local companies, and Graham's gave the best price for the job. Sam Graham came through to run a gas line and install a gas range. Excellent job. He even repaired a leaky waterline at an impromptu request. Very professional and fair.
pop up stopper was leaking, they sent someone out, started leaking a couple weeks later, guy comes out tightens the nut and it stopped leaking
Leslie C.Always reliable. Always communicates (which doesn't always happen with other businesses these days). Returns calls very quickly. Does quality work with follow ups when necessary. Would highly recommend in any situation. Every worker had been very friendly and nice. Have dealt with them numerous times.
Horrible. Rude and unprofessional staff. I called them to fix a problem with my washer. I went to use my washer several days later and it wouldn't work. I called and they said it was ""not their problem."" I wrote a negative review about them and hired someone else who fixed the problem immediately. Graham's Plumbing responded to my review by sending me abusive and harassing messages on facebook and making repeated harassing phone calls (I finally was able to black them on facebook and block all the numbers they were calling from). I now feel unsafe in my own home for fear that they will come by and harass me or worse. In summation, if you value your safety, do not call Graham's Plumbing.
Savvy D.Needed my toilet fixed, called out of work to wait for these guys to show up and they didn't even call til 8 pm. My toilet has been overflowing since 7 am and my husband threatened to leave me over it.
