Just because someone gave them a five star review and said that they came out on a Saturday morning and fixed everything for $145, I also called them on a Saturday morning. The rate was $290 to show up on my doorstep and another $290 per hour for their work. Needless to say--no. Buyer beware.

Awesome service!! They were at my house in less than an hour to look at my water heater. Benjamin was super polite and professional, he went the extra mile and called the manufacturer and got them to send out replacement parts under warranty as soon as possible. He made sure I had hot water to get me by until the parts arrived, I'm so impressed, best customer service ever!

We had been notified by our local water company of a leak near the meter. I had called two other plumbers, one scheduled an appointment and never showed up. The other was leaving for the holidays. I contacted Graham and made an appointment for after Christmas. The serviceman showed up on time and explained what he would be doing and the first hours charge to find the leak. After about 15/20 minutes, he came back and said the leak appeared to be on my neighbors side. I contacted my neighbor and she talked with him. At that point he checked both of our meters and determined there was not a leak, and thus "No Charge"!! This gentleman was very nice, professional and even left us an invoice to show the water company we had the leak checked.

Everyone wants to be clog- free, right? I was experiencing water gushing from the exterior clean out plugs on my house. If the washing machine or dishwasher was on, then my new " lawn sprinkler system" was too! When Ben arrived, he listened and assessed my situation. I liked that he was very polite and explained everything each step of the way. I knew my price at every turn. So there were no surprises. When I am spending my money, I definitely want to be treated respectfully. Ben worked through my plumbing problems and made recommendations for the future. I believe the price was fair. I appreciated the fact that I did not have to endure the usual "up selling " I get from the other plumbing companies. Everything was returned exactly the way it was before Ben arrived - minus the clogs. I will call them in the future. It would be worth your time to give them a try, too!

In this day and time it is nice to find a plumbing company that give you a honest quote. Chris came out yesterday, April 25, 2016, within an hour of me calling. He was very nice and patiently answered every question that I asked him. He did a excellent job of removing my old kitchen faucet and installing a new one. I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend them.
