Had a leak in trap pipe under bathroom sink, they replaced it. Didn't let water run long. 1 hourish, ($150+) Next day sink was plugged up solid, third day they returned and snaked out drain from roof, replaced drain plug on sink. 2 hourish ($380+) Total over $520 bucks for that. That is excessive for anyone, my wife called to talk with them. The plumers were good, but the owner was non carring and rude. Will not use them again!

We had a minor repair but we were able to get on their schedule quickly and it wasn't too expensive. Just wish they didn't charge for travel time from Heber Springs @ a hourly rate of $115. I called 2 other businesses & got no callback.

Spoiler Alert: The real issue is the lady, Tracie Graham, in the office, who is shockingly rude, disrespectful, dishonest and unprofessional behavior.
If I could give minus stars I would. I called because plumber, when cleaning area, left stains from the debris he cleaned. He said he left a mess, I said it's ok I'd vacuum. Little did I know the debris stained carpet red. When I called she said she would get with plumber and call back. When she called back, she was clearly irate, unprofessional. She went on making excuse after excuse reading what plumber wrote. I said I don't dispute what plumber wrote, I'm calling due to stained carpet. She then went on to say, in first call, I demanded new carpet, accused him of leaving mess then immediately walking out the door, and I just want my $ back because they are too high. All lies. I was stunned. She then told me to ""shut up"", ""I'm not listening to you"", ""Im going to believe plumber no matter what you say"", started yelling and hung up. If all is well, they are fine, if there is any little complaint, she goes nuts. I would steer clear, not of the plumbers, of the manager who manages everything.

Our water heater went out and I reported it to our home warranty company. They took 2 days to find us a plumber who said he'd be right out, but never called and never showed up. The home warranty company offered me the option of finding my own plumber, but I'd have to pay their fee and wait for reimbursement from the warranty company. Most plumbers in the area will not do home warranty work because the warranty companies are notorious about paying. My son had recently used Graham plumbing and recommended them to me. They sent someone right away to diagnose the problem, and as I feared, I needed to replace the water heater, as it was leaking. They were there the next day and installed a new water heater. They would have had it installed the same day, but our home warranty company was giving me the run around. Their dispatcher/receptionist was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful. From beginning to end, they were fantastic, and I can take a hot shower again!

I've used Graham Plumbing for the past 6-7 years, they have always been very accommodating, professional and timely. On several occasions I've not been in town and I tell them how to get in and they get the job done.

My kitchen faucet has low pressure and squeals loudly. As it was a small issue, I didn't really shop around, and chose Graham Plumbing randomly.
The plumber came out, fiddled in the kitchen for 15 minutes or so, then came to tell me that he had rebuilt the faucet and it was working correctly now. I was thrilled! He said IF it should have the same problem in the future, it would need to be replaced. I assumed ""in the future"" would be 6 months or more down the line. He didn't mention the replacement option until after he completed the rebuild, after all. I paid (over $100, which is a lot when you are broke) and he went on his way.
About ten minutes after he left, I wanted to show mom that after years of squealing torture, the faucet was now fixed. I turned it on and.. it barely came out and squealed as loud as usual. I had just written a check for absolutely nothing. It was at the end of the business day on a Friday, so I decided to call on Monday to let them know what had happened.
On Monday I called and explained to the lady in the office, Tracie, that the plumber came out, rebuilt the faucet, then it broke as soon as he left. She basically said ""well what do you want us to do about it?"" She started defensive, then got ugly, claiming I should have opted for a new faucet (I didn't know I needed one at the time), that the plumber needs to be paid for his time and the parts he used (yes, but he also needs to actually fix the problem), and she ""guessed"" she would call the plumber to find out what happened. You may have expected a, ""I'm sorry to hear that!,"" or ""Let me have the plumber give you a call to see if we can get this taken care of for you."" You'd have been wrong. She isn't professional, can't figure out how to look up your appointment even by putting down the phone, and can't provide any customer service without being rude. I was stunned. I said, ""Well now I understand the bad review I read."" She laughed at me. I said something ugly and hung up (not proud of that).
The plumber called me later in the day. He said he would not have rebuilt the faucet if he knew it wouldn't last, and would call the office and see what he is able to do about it. That's where we are now, 3 days later with no return phone call. I've been effectively ripped off. I donated to the company for maybe 20 minutes of a plumbers time in which nothing was fixed.
Do your research, folks. Even for the small stuff. I've already received several great recommendations from friends and family in the area, and let them know who not to use.
NOTE: Cody, the plumber, was nice, and probably wasn't permitted to come fix the mistake.

If I could give this zero stars I would all because of the attitude of Tracy Graham. This was our second time to use their services on our lake house. The first time there was absolutely nothing to complain about. I believe it was her husband Lonnie who came out the first time and he was very nice, cordial, and fair with his prices. He arrived on a weekend, and his price did not reflect a weekend work call. Since our experience was so great the first time, I decided to use them again. We had an incredibly bad winter and even though we winterized our house, we developed numerous leaks. All phone conversations to arrange the job were pleasant. We soon found out that we had underestimated the damage but initially told them that we had at least 3 leaks that we could find. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the two plumbers who did the job. The more they worked, the more leaks that were found. They did recommend that we re-plumb the house but we asked that they try to fix the leaks, which they did. This job stretched from one afternoon into the next morning, which was okay because we knew that this was going to be an expensive undertaking. Kenny asked about the estimate for the bill after the first day, and the plumbers said they didn't know yet but it was going to be pricey. The afternoon of the first day they went back to the office and simply told Tracy that they had recommended re-plumbing but we opted to fix the leaks. Something in this conversation triggered her and she tried to call me but I was on the phone with Kenny. I saw her beep in but he was telling me about the job and I decided to call her back. As soon as we were finished, I called her but the phone was busy. Little did I know that she was on the phone yelling and screaming at him about expectation for payment, the number of leaks, how her plumbers had ""worked their butt off"", and our decision to not follow the recommendation to re-plumb the house. NO ONE EVER SAID THAT SHE WOULD NOT BE PAID. THIS WAS NEVER, EVER SUGGESTED. I was trying to call her and evidently when they hung up I got through. I told her I missed her call and she began screaming at me. I asked her why she felt the need to come at me in a forceful manner and she yelled that she was responsible for collecting payment. At this time I asked her had anyone refused to pay and she said no but it was going to be a ""big job"". She also said we don't charge by the hour but by the job and said that the total was at least $800 at this point. Guess what? The bill was by the hour for labor and supplies. By this time I was royally pissed. She not only insulted me but also insulted Kenny and insinuated that we were going to duck out on the bill. I told her that I had plenty of money and she didn't need to worry about payment. I further added that Kenny was standing there with a check in his pocket the entire time the job was being done. In conclusion, I have never been spoken to in this manner by someone trying to run a business. Hell will freeze over before I ever call this company again. Unless you want your butt chewed for no reason, I would recommend that you avoid them at all cost just because of her!

Had, a problem from there last visit, (read) review. They sent out a second technician to day to fix a problem from the first, this was a completely different experience, this guy was named Cody he was professional, nice, and helpful, much more knowledgeable than the last guy (Rick). Did a great job, and they did not charge me to fix the problem. Much improved

I own 3 cabins in Heber springs, and I have used Graham Plumbing for many things over the years. They are by far some of my favorite people to work with! Everyone is so nice and I know when I have an emergency situation I can count on them to get it done quickly. And when it is not an emergency, they have always completed the job in a timely manner. They do great work and I have had them repair terrible work from a different local contractor. Very honest and hard working. Everyone, the receptionist, the construction workers and the owner are all very nice and do everything to help. I recently had a bathroom remodel job at one of my cabins and I am very pleased with the work and they always cleaned up and were even able to complete the job a few days early.
Highest recommendations!!

We have used them several times and they always have provided excellent and prompt service. Very reliable!
