Richard came out to access our garbage disposal unit, main water line regulator and the installation of a new toilet. He provided excellent service and consultation. He saved us a lot of money. I highly recommend Graham plumbing.

Julio gave me the bad news - need to replace the garbage disposal. Although it was a bit pricey (got a higher quality Moen with 10 yr. warranty), the service was friendly, knowledgable, and fast!

I highly recommend Julio and Graham's to anyone who wants an honest plumbing company with kind technicians!

I had a issue woth leaking toilet and hired Graham Plumbing to replace my toilet to a brand new one. They provided a reasonable price and Julio came to work on the toilet. Julio is nice and professional, and provided quality work. He worked on my bathroom and cleaned up after like it was his own house. I appreciate the service and recommend this company to everyone.

The NO-SHOW plumber. As the other recent review mentioned, they are very responsive setting up the appointment but they don't show up. They no-showed two separate times on separate dates!

Save yourself the time and annoyance and call someone else.

UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE:

You're the one that committed to 8am sharp today and did not communicate anything about a dispatcher being involved. It is what it is - honor your appointment commitments or provide a heads up when you're not on time. Simple!

Had an estimate appointment set up for 9:00am yesterday. Nobody showed up by 10:00am, and no contact was made (such as ""we're running late"", etc.), so I went about my day after letting them know I wasn't waiting any longer.

It's over a day later, and no reply of any kind since on Yelp or elsewhere. No phone call, no email, nothing. Needless to say, I'll find somebody else. Image of Yelp messaging attached, with personal info removed...

Disappointing since they got off to a great start with a quick messaging response and quickly set up appointment.

I had a plumbing issue for while that I ignored. Yes my fault. Finally I could not ignore the issue anymore. I had a great experience with this company. Had a toilet that was running water over the overflow tube in the tank. Adjusted the float a few times, but, it would only work for a short time. Decided to have the parts in the tank replaced. My wife's company had used Graham in the past, with good results, so I decided to have them do the rebuild. Easy to make an appointment, and they text you when they are on the way. Julio was dispatched to our house. In addition to the tank rebuild, I also wanted the supply line from the wall to the tank replaced. While doing the work, Julio mentioned that when the house was built ( 1989 ), the builder left very little pipe in the wall for the new supply line to grip to, and the new supply line had a different type of fitting. He got everything replaced, and it seemed fine. It's not our main bathroom, and sometime over the next few days, I noticed some water on the floor, and it appeared to be seeping from the wall area, where the valve is. Called Graham, and they had Julio come back out.
Yep, it was the "" problem "" area he warned me about, with the short attachment area. For a permanent fix, he was going to have to extend the pipe out of the wall, for the new valve to grip to. I agreed, and he got it done pretty quickly, considering he had to weld a new extension to the pipe from the wall. I expected to pay an additional charge, as I was the one who wanted the supply line replaced, and Julio told me before work started, that what he had to work with was less than ideal. No additional charge !
To me, that is a sign that customer satisfaction is really high on the priorities of this company. So, overall, a great experience.
