This business is local in orange county. They're very helpful, friendly, and professional. They answer phone calls quickly, and that's very rare these days. The plumber that came to my house, twice, for different jobs is Julio Ramos. He's an excellent plumber: punctual, courteous, friendly, very experienced, very thorough in his work, and very efficient at his job. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this business. I talked to the owner of the business, and she was very helpful and nice.

It pains me to write this review, but I feel that it's necessary given the absolutely unacceptable treatment we've received from this company. My chief complaint is that, after receiving service, we've been completely ignored and ghosted by this company for what, as best as I can tell, are petty reasons.
My experience with Graham started out well. We were looking to replace the old flanges on our upstairs toilets as part of an effort to change the bathroom floor tiles, along with a new bathroom vanity installation. The plumber they sent was great, taking the time to ensure that things were done properly and thoroughly. Unfortunately, he made a critical error towards the end and accidentally angled a shower head while performing a test. The water splashed over the glass doors and poured onto our shower floor for some time before he realized his error. This water went through the open toilet flange down to our kitchen, spilling water through our light fixtures. Needless to say, it was a nightmare scenario.
How did my wife and I react? Despite the shock of the situation, we were very understanding towards the plumber and didn't blame him. We accepted it as a freak accident. We were eventually put in touch with the owner of the company and he was never once apologetic about what had happened. To his credit, he was willing to cover the damages, but he felt strongly about going with his preferred water restoration company. I wanted to choose my own so that I could be sure there wouldn't be any conflict of interest, but as he preferred to use his own to save some money, I offered a compromise: we'll use your company, but we'll also have a 3rd-party water restoration company visit and observe their process and provide their own report as verification. He ultimately agreed to this.
The water restoration company came and did their job very professionally - no complaints on my part. The owner came by during the water restoration group's initial walkthrough and, once again, didn't show any concern to us as customers and was instead focused entirely on the results of the walkthrough and determining the extent of the damage. I didn't get a great impression of him as a result, but ultimately, whatever, right? As long as things were fixed.
Eventually, water restoration completed its services. The same plumber came back and finished his work well. Despite all this, my wife and I still appreciated him hard work and were happy to request him again in the future.
However, after services were complete, this plumber suddenly stopped answering my questions via text or call (I was interested in further plumbing work at the house). This was strange, as he was communicative and we had developed a friendly rapport. I then called the company, and they assured me that they would have the plumber call me to follow up. This never happened. The company stopped picking up when I dialed. I was extremely confused - are they seriously ignoring us? We didn't do anything wrong, after all. Surely this is all coincidence. Finally I was able to get someone to pick up the phone, and it ended up being a very strange conversation, full of weird pauses before the woman replied, along with snickering/laughing I could hear on the other side.
At his point I decided that the situation was weird and that I should just avoid the company.
Fast forward many months later - my shower drain got backed up. I saw the excellent review sore on Yelp for Graham again and figured, why the hell not. I called. Someone picked up! I requested an appointment to snake the line and it was all set for today, between 1-3. Shortly before 1, I called to let them know I was running behind and wouldn't be home until 1:20 or so. Nobody answered. Nobody shows up during our window. I call them at after 3. Nobody answers again - each time I'm sent to voicemail.
Did they seriously set up an appointment with us just to ghost us? Unbelievable. This type of conduct is completely unprofessional/unacceptable. If you have an issue with something that we did as customers, at least have the guts to talk to us about it and be up-front about not wanting to service our home. Not that I can imagine what we could have possibly done to warrant this treatment.
TLDR: Graham flooded our bathroom and kitchen. We were very understanding about the situation. They responded with ghosting and immature, petty behavior.

Graham Plumbing does an excellent job. We have had them out three times in the past year for different issues and they have taken care of each one quickly and with excellent results. Where appropriate, they offered different solutions for our problems and explained them in detail. We will definitely be using them again.

Maurice and Daniel were our service experts that cleaned out our shower drain that was clogged with hair. Upon arrival they were professional, efficient, and detailed with diagnosing the issue. They even addressed my concerns with the main sewer line and ran a camera while explaining in simple terms for me. Great value for the service we received!

First off, Graham plumbing definitely saved the day!
They answered the call right away! Listened to the issue and had an immediate answer and the response time was impressive!
They helped my mother with an immediate kitchen faucet replacement. The technician Allan was courteous, knowledgeable and dependable!
I can't say enough good things about this company. And we are hiring them for another project!

This is my first time using their service. I'm very satisfied with their service! Both Allan and Maurice are kind and professional. I recommend them to everyone who needs help with clogged Drain.

I'm so happy with my service today. Everything was done very professionally rapidly and pleasantly and highly recommended them to everyone I know Julio is fantastic and helpful

My family has been using Graham plumbing for quite awhile with all of our rental properties. They are punctual, knowledgeable, will come in emergency times. At this point I've probably worked with every single one of their technicians who have all been amazing but most recently, senor technician Julio and helper Peter took care of getting a new water heater installed on a holiday weekend late at night. Their pricing is also always reasonable! Thank you Graham plumbing

The team at Graham does great work with jobs both big and small. Nobody is happy when having to call a plumber. But we have gone to Graham several times in the last year and they have always been there. Reagan is very helpful with scheduling. Steve has been great to deal with. And Shawn and Daniel were extremely helpful and great to work with. They got the job done and even followed up to adjust or make sure things worked properly. They were willing to come back at night and ensure things were right--great service from these two. Their prices are very fair and they are up front. Highly recommend them as your go-to for plumbing needs.

We were having a loud reverberation in our pipes. We called Graham Plumbing and they sent Julio R. out for a free estimate. It turned out our pressure regulating valve was shot. Julio replaced the valve and also
reworked and rebuilt the water service mainline shut off valve and irrigation water shut off valve with full port ball valve and hose bib connection. He was honest and said we only needed the pressure regulator but we decided to have the whole mainline redone since it had old, antiquated shut off valves. Looks and works great now! We are very happy with the service Julio provided! We highly recommend this company!
