I called several different plumbers (did my homework) and Graff Plumbing came highly recommended. Shane showed up, gave me a bid (lower than the other two that bid the job) and he commenced work when he said he would. The work was perfect and he stuck to the price --i.e., no surprises. They are extremely busy (now I know why) so if it is not an emergency, in my case I waited a week, only plumber I will ever use again.
