Graf Plumbing
Company Overview
Graf Plumbing was established by Dan Graf in March of 1988. After his service with the United States Navy as a naval plumber and pipe-fitter, he spent 8 years working for a local plumbing contractor on residential and commercial new construction. While Graf Plumbing manages new construction, it was primarily founded as a service and repair company. If we had a formal mission statement, it would be the golden rule: ""treat others as you would want to be treated."" We holds the belief that our crew at Graf Plumbing does an outstanding job of adhering to that principle.
Proud to collaborate with such an exceptional team of plumbers!

Recommended Customer Reviews

I would highly recommend them based on my two experiences with their plumber JD. JD came to our home 2 1/2 years ago to run some gas lines and install a tankless water heater, so when I needed a water line capped in my wall I called Graf and asked that JD was assigned to my job. He is thorough, efficient, and cleans up when he is done. I was a little concerned where the cost would end up on a time and materials job, but it was a fair price for the work done. The only issue I had was the that their answering service did not relay my message, so I had to call back the next day to set the appointment. I cannot vouch for their other plumbers, but JD is great and I will use him for any job that I can't handle.

I called Graf because the tank on my toilet cracked. It happened on a Friday and I was expecting to be told that they won't be able to send a plumber out till the following week. Fifteen minutes later, I get a text saying that a plumber is on the way.
A.J. was very professional and answered all of my questions. He explained the different options that I had available to me and was upfront with the pricing. He was very thorough with his work and didn't mind me watching and learning from him. I would definitely recommend Graf Plumbing. I have used them for years and have never had a bad experience with them.

I had them replace a water heater on my grandmothers house, I'm not from the area so I asked someone and Graf was recommended. They charged me $2250 to replace a water heater. When I requested an itemized receipt, it took them a week to "prepare" it. They obviously created the invoice to match my price because they had the wrong price in the invoice. When I brought it to their attention I got crickets....no response at all. The invoice also stated a 4 hour job to replace a water heater cost $600 in labor. I'm not an expert but that hourly rate is way above the industry average. They were quick to respond, I will give them that but they completely took advantage of my situation and I don't feel like they have any integrity.

Needed a small repair to a leaking shower head. Very responsive..plumber was available almost immediately. Now I know why. He was at the house for a short time and then left to go get a part. I understand it may take a bit longer because we live on padre island, but he was gone an inordinate amount of time. Total bill was nearly $400 for a job that he actually worked on for roughly 30 minutes. I get travel time needs to be accounted for but that was price gouging at $128/hour for labor. Roughly $250 to go get his parts. At that price, I'm glad he didn't clean up the mess in the shower or it would have cost even more. Won't use again and I recommend asking where they are traveling to and how long they expect to be gone when going to get part. And expect to pay $128/hour for their trip.

I have used Graf Plumbing on several occasions, and they consistently practice stellar professionalism. Victor discovered the seemingly unsolvable mystery of my water leak, and I am immensely impressed with his knowledge and methodical and thorough investigation of the cause of the issue. As I am sure most people are, I was very worried and nervous when I called them, as I was afraid of how serious the issue was and how much it would cost, but Julie, who took my call, was kind, calm, and, as I said, absolutely professional. And I owe the fact that I did not suffer a costly repair to Victor's intelligence and skill. And, I want to add that he actually listened to me and did not dismiss me as many others might have done. These days it seems that respect and service of this caliber is rare. Thank you again Graf Plumbing!!

It wouldn't let me edit previous review, total for replacing my toilet, $220. Dennis said he finished at 10:55, that means he took 15 minutes to write the invoice.

Called about a repair with out looking at what needs to be done the secretary in 2 minutes of talking to her quoted $ 5,000 .
I asked how can you give such a high quote with out even looking at the job?????
What an IDIOT...

Amazing guys! Seriously came the day I called and fixed the master shower. It was so awesome! Good price, super fast, friendly, and great work. I absolutely recommend them!

They showed up on schedule & were very professional took care of my problem and it cost me less than I was expecting

I've used Graf for my major plumbing work at the house. David was very friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the issue and within minutes was working to alleviate the problem. I wouldn't trust any other plumber in town.
