Recommended Customer Reviews
A family member and neighbor recommended Graf Plumbing. We called for a non-urgent issue and he called back within hours and came out within 2 days. Very thorough, friendly and reasonably priced! As an added bonus, he was also totally unfazed by our large dog!
How many stars do I assign a business that I never really did business with? Graft plumbing came recommended to me so let's say they started off with 4-5 stars, but after leaving 2 messages with my call back information & waiting at least 1 wk for no call back, they're down to 1-2 stars. Then I figured, if Graf plumbing doesn't want my business then they don't want my stars.
Typical of contractors that don't return your calls.
I would not call him again. He was Rude, non-responsive and unprofessional. Absolutely recommend going elsewhere!
Fast service, nice guy, helpful reasonable and accommodating. Thanks for fixing the leak I created installing a shelf.
Nate P.Brian is probably the most reasonably priced plumber I've ever seen. He was able to come the very next day which was good for my schedule and arrived right on time. The parts that he chose were of high quality and even asked which type of valve I preferred and explained the differences to me. He pretty much explained everything he was doing which is awesome as I tend to ask a lot of questions and he had no issues with me watching him work with my infant in my arms. He was so courteous that he even closed the door behind him tools in hand so my cat wouldn't run out. The quality of his work and service are exceptional. I would definitely have him back here in a heartbeat if the need ever arose again.
Brian Graf repaired a shower valve for us. He was on time and resolved the issue quickly.
He also provided good insight and advice on two other plumbing projects which I am considering. Brian took the time to analyze the situation and suggest a reasonable solution.
Adrian W.We've used Graf Plumbing Service for several plumbing projects in our 1970s vintage dutch colonial. These include:
1. installation of new garbage disposal, including removal of existing one
2. re-plumbing drain lines in kitchen sink, including providing a pitch to ensure water actually flows down the pipe!
3. installing shut off valves on all toilets and sinks
4. reinstalling guts of 1980s era 1 piece Kohler toilet. that project was a treat, I'm sure.
5. installing entire new shower system in renovated bathroom, including tub, shower system, all associated piping, fixtures and shut off valves. He's going to be installing the new sink, toilet and all other bits and pieces when we get to that point of the renovation.
Can you see the theme? There weren't any useable shut off valves in my home!! Yay when old-school hippies built homes...
Brian comes out and straightens out each mess as we find them. I am sure he's actually done more stuff in this house, but these are the projects that stick out glaringly in my mind.
Seriously though, we have tried other plumbers. The other plumbers charged us $1000 for a toilet, didn't finish work, installed valve assemblies backwards and then refused to fix their work (until we threatened contacting the local media, then all of sudden they were available to fix things). They also stole some of hubby's tools!
We have never had a problem with Brian or his work. He is patient with the kids (big plus, as they want to ""help"" all the time) and patient with me (yes, yes I am a bit of a PITA). His prices are very fair, both for labor and materials.
Please support a local business. Brian has the skills, work ethic and integrity to help you as much as he has helped (and continues to help) my mess of a house.
