Spoke to owner Nathan this morning after speaking with OAG regarding non payment of absent parent: representative with OAG suggested I did my research to help them gather information on dead beat dad Samuel J Owner clearly would not assist with any information regarding dead beat dad, its a shame an organization like this fails to garnish wages that are court ordered. He should be even more ashamed on not trying to help the custodial parent on identifying the truth but hides them under his desk.The employee is a Master Plumber and obviously makes this organization money but yet fails to turn in gross pay to the OAG , what do you expect when your boss is your friend. What a friend will do for another friend to dodge the system this is a pop company. Think twice people of San Antonio, Tx you want to deal with a dishonest company like this in your homes. Makes you think is his quote an honest quote or are they in it for the $$$. Nathan do you lie on your tax returns like the absent parent, do you have accurate information turned in to to the IRS for the absent parent??

They quoted me for a job to put two clean outs and replace some plumbing. I agreed with the price and scheduled the job; however they never showed up on the day we agreed on. I followed up with them and rescheduled again, and once again they did not show up. This happened two or three more times and they never came to perform the service. Really bad communication from them, they should have just told me they could not do the job instead of having me waiting.
