I wanted to replace what I thought was an old underground galvanized pipe from the meter box and to where it connects to my copper pipe going into my house. I called two other plumbing companies and they where going to do the job without questioning why. Gary from Grade A Plumbing asked my why do I want to replace the pipe. He questioned my why I thought it was galvanized iron. I said I can see it going into the ground as galvanized. He said it was copper at the meter box. After further investigating and digging, he was correct. He just replaced the parts that were just galvanized iron pipe and a connector in the meter box that should have been replaced years ago when the previous owner replaced the old pipe to copper. Whoever did the work years ago did not replace everything to copper. Gary saved me hundreds of dollars and his plumbers did excellent work. Even if he had to replace the entire pipe, his cost would have been great compared to the other two companies. I forgot to mention, that while I was digging around my water faucet to see if the pipe going into the ground was connected to copper, I accidentally caused a leak in the old pipe and had to tape the old pipe and turn off my water and turn it on when I really needed to flush a toilet. He was able to send someone out the next day to replace the old section of pipe to copper. Honest person, great price, able to come out as soon as possible and excellent work, Can't ask for anything better. Thanks Gary !

Honestly, I cannot ask for a better plumbing contractor. Gary and team continue to go above and beyond on every job. I've had them install appliances, repair, emergency repair, and provide maintenance for our home. He's on time, trustable, professional, and available. Gary really cares about doing the job right, ALWAYS. I should have written multiple reviews based on the many times he's worked for us, but I just can't say enough positive here!

My husband and I purchased a home that we completely remodeled and Gary and Grade A Plumbing were there every step of the way. They did everything from our all new copper piping, installing toilets, sinks, water heater, showers, and appliances. As with most remodels, we were greeted with an unpleasant surprise of a main pipe bursting and flooding underneath the house (coincidence and nothing related to their work.) The pipe was installed incorrectly years ago and it was a matter of timing that that happened. Grade A fixed it all, reinstalled the pipe quickly causing no delay in our remodel. I also once made a frantic call thinking I smelled a gas leak and Gary left the job he was one and came over on his lunch to assess. Turns out, I'm a paranoid freak and what I was smelling was something the garage repairman sprayed and left the can near our water heater and washer and dryer but he was there quickly to check it out for me.

We couldn't be more happy with the service and work we received from Grade A. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable and get the job done quickly. We would highly recommend them and will use them for all our plumbing needs.

These plumbers are the best! I had them do the installation of 2 toilets and all my faucets for my kitchen remodel and bathrooms. I was referred to them by Monarch Solid Surface Designs. They came on time and were very professional and took away the old toilets and boxes. His prices were fair as well. I have already recommended him to my neighbors!

This is my second review of Grade A Plumbing. His team came out to fix a bad leak near my water meter in the meter box in the ground. Gary is absolutely reliable, and we also referred them to fix a leak in our neighbor's house the following week. 5 stars!

I am a high end contractor in the Bay Area. We have done numerous projects with Gary from Grade A over the years. We have worked with so many plumbers, but Gary is the best. He's very competent and is always looking for the best way to make things look good and functional without sacrificing either. This is crucial in our business. We have very competent plumbers on staff but sometimes you need someone who knows it all. Gary is impressive because he's so young and we've even seen him outsmart much older seasoned pros. If your getting your plumbing done, I feel very comfortable vouching for him because you might find a plumber just as good as him somewhere, but you can't find better. I only know Gary from work, but he's a good person and his crew are all good people. We do incredibly high end homes and it is important for us to be able to trust the company and its employees.

Gary in short is amazing. Initially we hired him to add the plumbing line to a half bath we added to our home and he did the job quick and was really fairly priced. Shortly after that we had him come out again to install my new gas stove. He is always quick to respond, and really works to ensure you are happy with the job performed. I would definitely recommend him if you need a plumber!
