Tony is the main expert at Graciano Sewer. He helped us clear out basement drains after a flood in 2020 (lots of mud cleaned out to get the drainage back on track in lower levels.) Since then we have used him several times. For example, he did a video of our sewage line with both live feed and recorded version. That helped explain a bit of water at 70 feet that a prior plumber told us was a possible backup and he went no further. Tony was able to see it was just a slight dip and we had clean lines out to 115 feet as system is designed. Whew! Highly recommend using his video services. He really knows drains! Bonus, he helped us get a sink replaced on a later date too. Highly recommend for responsiveness (but you may have to wait for his schedule to be available) and excellent price to value of services.

Contacted Mr. Graciano on Sunday night & texted. He was able to get back to me via text and I sent pictures of the problem. We set up a time and he texted me half hour before he came (I like that, no surprise I'm here very early or late like other contractors). Showed up on time and got to work right away replacing the tub drain and waste line. He also noticed a small leak in the water supply line and fixed that too, all for a fair price. He was professional in my opinion, doing his work and not interrupting us while we had to work online. Overall did a good job, no leaks - I checked again after he left. Previous plumber who came wanted to charge a ton more, but Mr. Graciano did it for half the price and finished within 2 hours in the morning. Will recommend him for other work.

Super fast response time came at night for me when my sink was broken I could not do laundry and I have two children. I have called several times after the first job was done for things that I needed completed he always showed up on time when he said he would and within a day. You can tell he takes his job serious and cares about his customers would highly recommend!!

It turns out that they had responded to me, but I had the wrong date. According to my records, they gave me a quote in 2020. I was wrong about the date and their response. Unfortunately, Mr Graciano replied to me thru Yelp and was less than professional, in my opinion. If his response were more professional, I would have changed my rating, but considering his reply, I stand by 3 stars.

The Water department claimed I had a leak underground right in front of my house, which was a error. Mr. Graciano came out to my West Philly property, to see exactly what my plumbing issue was. My pipes were a bit old & I needed a new Faucet in the kitchen & bathroom.

Awesome work, reasonable price, would recommend this plumber to anyone in need of any minor or major plumbing issue. 5 Stars !!!!

Just used Yelp fir the first time to find a plumber, or any contractor. Tony was prompt, efficient and cleaned up before he left, and his price was very fair. He's a very nice guy and we will use him again.
