Jason & Ethan did an amazing job replacing our water pressure valve and our gas line which the original builders took shortcuts on. They made sure everything was done right and safe, and we will definitely use them again for plumbing issues.

Used Grace Plumbing twice because we were so happy with the first job. When I asked his cost for labor he did not include the cost of labor for his partner.

They replaced the tub plugs in 3 tubs for the second job. Took under an hour (close to an hour) and he charged me $225 in labor. $100 for his partner and $125 for him. Even though his cost of labor that he told me was $125 for the first hour.

The one bathroom also had the trash still on toilet and plug wasn't screwed on. When I spoke to him after, he said that the cost would have been the same but I don't believe it would have taken him two hours. I explained I understood he has to pay his partner but when you tell someone what you charge you either include your partner in that charge or you have to disclose your partners fees.

Very unfortunate because I enjoyed working with them.

Horrible. I spoke with Jason, who I assume is owner, or co owner. Before giving an estimate, he told me he would have an excavator come out. The excavator came out when he said he was, but that's the last I heard from Jason. 3 days later someone comes in my yard to spray paint underground lines. I was never informed of this. I have tried emailing, and calling Jason several times, and he has not responded. Not sure how this place is still in business.
