Very expensive for the quality of workmanship delivered. Had to pay $125+ just to get them to take a look at the problems and then got book rates for labor only took a few hours to complete the work. If they are going to quote book rates, they should quote those up front instead of making you pay to have the plumber come to the house at a fee and then hit you with the high rates. I was in a pinch for time and had to pay. Hourly rate works out to more than $400 per including an hour for driving and parts.

Buyer Beware!! I felt extremely taken advantage of. I faced a clogged kitchen sink that needed to be fixed that day. I was charged $1270 for it to be snaked. After a follow up call to the owner of the company, he even stated that another plumber would probably think that was too much to charge for a drain being snaked. He also told to me to get a second price next time. Take my advice and move on to another plumber.

We had an emergency so we had little choice. The water damage control company recommended them. They said they'd give us good price. Replaced a drain pipe, took 20 minutes. Charged $1,200. So thanks but no thanks.

This man is a saint, they helped us with our cat in a time of difficulty and wanted no recognition. I will always use their services because the kindness shown outside of any other prospect. It's a difficult business and someone who has that good of heart will definitely be able to fix your issues with respect and efficiency.

Found water leaking behind a shower into my bedroom on a Sunday morning. Called around to multiple local plumbers and Kevin was the only one that was able to make it to me that day. He was super detail oriented and found the source of the leak with multiple tools. He provides great advice, is super kind, and professional. Happy to have found Grace Plumbing and will continue to call them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

ATTENTION SCAM! Tech came and told my ELDERLY mom all pipes underground needed to be replaced and quoted $9,500. Had another ccompany come and charged $100 cause pipes just needed to be snaked. BEWARE!

Grace Plumbing and our tech John helped my Mom get her water back on after someone broke her exterior water pipe. They were quick to get her on the schedule and make sure everything was repaired correctly.

Excellent service. We had a blockage under our house so we called Grace plumbing to come out and take a look. They arrived really quickly within 20-30 minutes and were incredibly knowledgeable about what was going on. We learned a lot! They were able to fix our issue timely and all is working properly again! Would definitely recommend Grace plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

We had a sewer backup in a house just after moving in and Kevin came out to help. He was quick, knowledgeable, and made us feel a whole lot better about it. He snaked the drain and walked us through his process. I'll definitely be calling him anytime we have a problem.

Exceedingly unprofessional. Stay Away! Made 3 different attempts to set an appointment where the tech did not show up AT ALL. On the 3rd attempt, after calling the tech (who was 25 minutes late) to get an arrival time, the tech John blamed me and started talking fast and aggressively saying """"I called you and it went to voicemail so I didnt come. I need to talk to you before I can come to the appointment we set to give you a 'price estimate' because some customers have balked at our prices'"""" ..... I was floored. If you *need* to give me a price estimate in order to come to my house, then why give me an appointment time and ask me to text you my address without doing that? Another tech (Jim) said that he couldn't make a prior appointment time because I didn't give him my """"city"""" despite giving him my address with zipcode. Does he not know that my address and zipcode are all that are needed to navigate here? That he can EASILY get my city WITH my zipcode ... AND YET my appointment was canceled over that? Geez Louise. If you want to have to jump through a bunch of hoops, explain your issue to multiple people, have techs get aggressive with you when you call them to ask for an eta, have them cancel your appointment 3 times for reasons like: they don't know how to use a zip-code or mobile phone, or have them tell you to text them your address followed by 'we dont use texting', then use Grace !!! If your cell phones are being paid for by your company then why can't you use them for text to speak with customers? Does it make more sense to text a customer who has tried to make multiple appointments or just to cancel them outright? Still have 2 broken toilets.
