Kevin came out very promptly afterhours when I had a plumbing emergency on a Friday night. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. He replaced our pipe and valve behind the toilet. He was there for us when we really needed him.

Called to have some pipes capped, they said just to come out it would be 495 dollars, I declined. Then they called a few minutes later and they asked how much I would consider paying, I said 100 dollars, and they said not worth it and hung up. Horrible unprofessional.

Grace Plumbing came to fix a leaky toilet in a Condo i own. I was out of town at the time my son was there. I talked to them on the phone. They called me and told me it would be 425.00 which is super high but i agreed because i was out of town and needed it fixed ( my first dumb mistake ) I gave him a credit card # over the phone (my second dumb mistake ) they charged me almost 800.00 . I called the man that did the work and he said to late now to me.He was there for 1 hour. The part cost under 20.00 . I have called many plumbing companies i could have gotten it done for under 200.00 very shady company. I am looking into legal help with this please don't make my mistake. Call around get prices !

I called and explained what the problem was with the toilet They came right away (even on a Sunday Morning) Ian was knowledgeable and his service was excellent. He pulled up to the house came right in and assessed the problem immediately. He fixed the problem, and I could not have been more grateful.

These guys are strange in the way they conduct their business, we got a notification from our municipality that our monthly water consumption was much much more than it had been in our last billing quarter. We enlisted Grace plumbing to help us out, after talking to their representative he said he would come out and do a leak detection to the tune of $400 but most likely it gone be a slab leak. They came out the next morning and proceeded with the leak detection with a fancy electronic detector, after 30 min he pinpointed the leak under the slab near the east side of the outer wall. Estimated re- pipe would be $5500 however he could do on the side for $4500 . I reluctantly paid the $400 and told him I would reach out to him the next day. Well I called another local plumbing company and the their total price to resolve our issue was $125.00 one of our outdoor hose bibs was leaking pretty bad, ( I ask Grace plumbing if they checked that and he said that he definitely did) he shut it off and capped it problem. Guys like this make it so hard to trust the trades. Beware!!!

My wax seal on my toilet broke causing water to leak into my walls and leak through the ceiling. The same day I called they came out and did leak detector technology to locate the source of the leak. They also sent out a company to do the water damage control (at no cost to me, insurance pays for it) and that company was really helpful and came out within the hour. I would highly recomend using this company. I contacted them because of all the great reviews they had, and now I can see why. Great company! Highly recomended!

I was hopeful after my initial phone call and looked forward to a free second opinion on a leak that was most likely under the slab. Things quickly changed and I was left very disappointed with extremely high pricing and a poor customer​ service experience but I rushed the decision because I wanted to get this nightmare over with ASAP. After the fact, I spoke with several other local plumbers, all of whom were in shock that I paid approximately $2200 for leak detection and a slab leak that took a few hours to repair. Many local companies have flat rates of approximately $500 for slab leaks, $750 after hours. Never rush a plumbing repair. Call around. Take time to research costs. Lesson learned. Hind sight is 20/20.

We called this company. All they were interested in was our insurance. Then we stated getting a bunch of calls from recovery company's. Don't call these people. They wanted a bunch of money up front also.
