We've used them 2-3 times in 2 houses and always great experiences. Most recently we were very appreciative with how they handled a serious crack and leak in our sewer line. The location of the crack and the line were especially difficult. They carefully considered a few options, and were mindful of how to solve the problem with minimal disruption and cost. And their billing is always very reasonable in our opinion and experience.

We called them for a clogged sink work was done with complete satisfaction. We asked for a breakdown of the bill and got a nasty and belligerent response. We only wanted breakdown for our records we never questioned validity of work. As consumers do we no longer have a right to understand what we are bing charged for?

Two emergency calls (one on a Sun. eve.), they arrived quickly, the price was reasonable for both.
They also replaced all of the pipes in our home. They were on time, on budget, and sent a knowledgeable friendly Tech.
I would recommend Grabowski Plumbing to anyone.

They were rude, minimally responsive, ungodly expensive. And at the end, the price went up for items never discussed throughout the process. The best part is that the work they ""completed"" had to get another plumber in to fix a variety of things they did incorrectly, or poorly. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Part cost $9 and guys were here for about 10 minutes. Joe said he also gave me 10% off for bring in my home for 10 minutes.

Labor was ""only"" $130 for less than 10 minutes of work!
