Our bathtub stopped draining. I called Grable and they came when they said they would. Carl was the plumber. Very nice and professional. I like when processes and things are explained to me for better understanding. He did that. He was also very determined. Not in a negative or careless way but confident and willing way. Our home is old and quirky and he had to get into a very tight space to fix the issue. He broke a sweat but never complained. Fixed it and was very careful and cleaned up afterward. Thank you Carl and Grable. We are very grateful.

We went off to work this morning, not knowing we had a valve under the sink in the guest bathroom start to leak badly. Our housekeeper arrived to find the guest bathroom flooded. We needed help and we needed help quickly. After calling all the sources which claim to have """"One Hour Emergency"""" service, to find none could come for days, I gave Grable Plumbing a call. Not only was the person who answers their phones the nicest and most positive, but she managed to understand we had an emergency and promised to get a plumber out to us within the next two hours. I came home and got a call our plumber Eddy, was on his way and he arrived minutes later. He was terrific. He isolated the faulty valve, and had it replaced within minutes. He was professional, clean and just made me comfortable knowing his years in the plumbing business would take good care of my situation. To say I'm grateful to Grable Plumbing for being so responsive, considerate and good all at the same time is an understatement. If I EVER need plumbing services again, you can bet I'll be calling Grable.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Joe Jr and the new electric tankless water heater he installed for me. I'm a retired renovation/handyman guy who would have done this work myself but had a couple hinges installed in my spine and both knees replaced and can longer do this type of work. I needed to update my electrical panel to accommodate the new water heater. Everything was done above and beyond my expectations. However once winter came the noticed we couldn't fill our big soaker jacuzzi tub beyond luke warm. Joe Jr sent out the same person who originally installed the unit and discovered the problem. It required pulling new heavier electric cable from the panel to the unit. Joe Jr personally came out multiple times to investigate and completely explained the exact problem. Everything was resolved in a timely fashion. As a retired construction professional I would highly recommend Grable. I will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Tried several times. Can't get through on the phone. Phone goes to busy signal every time. Going to try a different plumber. Don't waste your time trying to get through to this one.

The shower handle had become too difficult to turn. It had become calcified over the last 8 years. In the same bathroom, was a flapper needing replacement as it would run water in the tank in the middle of the night. Mark came out and was our plumber who fixed everything and had such a friendly yet professional mannerism. He wasn't out to try and sell us anything we didn't need yet I feel in the future when we do need something again, we'll have a plumber we call with ease.

This company is completely incompetent. Worthless. They were at my house to replace underground pipe. They completely screwed the plumbing up. They left hoses for two lavatories which were too short. Despite calls to them and their assurances that they would replace them several weeks later they have refused to do so. Incompetent! I had to call an independent to repair grables screw ups (plural). The house water pressure is extremely low and the water has an extremely lousy flavor. This company is very unprofessional and a pack of liars.

Excellent service! I called late on a Friday night and the staff immediately got me in touch with John. He was very courteous and quickly fixed the problem. This is the first time I called Grable and plan to use them from now on.
