The shower handle had become too difficult to turn. It had become calcified over the last 8 years. In the same bathroom, was a flapper needing replacement as it would run water in the tank in the middle of the night. Mark came out and was our plumber who fixed everything and had such a friendly yet professional mannerism. He wasn't out to try and sell us anything we didn't need yet I feel in the future when we do need something again, we'll have a plumber we call with ease.

This company is completely incompetent. Worthless. They were at my house to replace underground pipe. They completely screwed the plumbing up. They left hoses for two lavatories which were too short. Despite calls to them and their assurances that they would replace them several weeks later they have refused to do so. Incompetent! I had to call an independent to repair grables screw ups (plural). The house water pressure is extremely low and the water has an extremely lousy flavor. This company is very unprofessional and a pack of liars.

Excellent service! I called late on a Friday night and the staff immediately got me in touch with John. He was very courteous and quickly fixed the problem. This is the first time I called Grable and plan to use them from now on.

i had an outdoor fire that stopped my tankless water heater from working. I called several plumbers on Sunday. No one called back. First thing Monday, I called Grable. Someone was at my house by 9:30 and the dispatcher called and even moved up the window since she knew i was staying home from work. the plumber was very nice, clean, personable and professional and had the job done. He replaced about 5 ' of PVC, checked it all for leaks, and it was $315. I see their trucks in my neighborhood all the time, and they look professional, not some rusty buckes, and his truck had almost everything you could want on it. thanks, Grable Plumbing!

Horrible service. Plumber was extremely rude. Garbage disposal was leaking and stopped working. The guy didn't even look at the unit or try to turn it on. He went out to his truck and came back with two options to replace the disposal, both more than I would have intended to spend on a disposal. When I mentioned that I saw on their website there was a promotional offer for much less than he proposed, he argued with me. I called the office and had them talk to him. He then got pissed off - I think because he couldn't sell me the higher priced disposal. He installed the disposal and then tried it only to discover we had no power in the outlet. Had he taken the time to actually try out the disposal when he first arrived, he would have discovered this. So he couldn't even test that it worked. We had to get an electrician to fix the outlet and possibly didn't even need a new disposal. I called the company to voice my complaint and was told that the owner would call me back after """"getting the plumber's side of the story"""". I was made to feel that I was in the wrong and never got a call back from the owner. This was the worst experience I have ever had from a service company. If I could give less than one star I would.

High quality and affordable master plumbers are hard to find. I had Grable out earlier today for the 2nd time this year and it hit me how important it is to share my experiences to other prospective consumers in need of plumbing services. First, I researched the local landscape and considered Yelp, Google, and Angie's List reviews and concluded Grable (along with one potential other) were the best bet in town for quality/price. Back in March I called and Paul came out the next day to replace the malfunctioning main water valve of an Ybor property I purchased. Paul was clearly an expert plumber, very professional, and replaced the main valve along with washer/dryer, water heater, and other valves quickly and with a warranty guaranteed by Grable. The price was excellent and probably the best possible deal one could have done. Yesterday, I had picked up a new bath sink faucet (from Lowe's) and wanted some add'l work done. I called Grable and Mario came out this morning. It took him barely 2 hrs to install the sink faucet, rebuild the toilet handle/flapper, clear the bath drain, replace the bath spigot and showerhead. Mario's work and professionalism was apparent. There is a big difference when a master plumber gets to work versus a handyman or the proverbial """"friend who can do any plumbing job cheap"""" which makes me cringe btw. Anyway I'm being wordy as I think this detail is important. Solid 5 stars for Grable. I'm sticking with them and trust them and will recommend them to anyone, especially friends and family in the Tampa area.

Our tankless water heater went from intermittently working to non-functional after being professionally descaled. Garble plumbing spent a few days trying to figure out the problem but were unable to find the cause. Ultimately we had to replace the system anyway. They were kind enough to give us a generous discount on their labor and new heater when they were unable to find the cause of our malfunctioning heater. Though the situation was frustrating their compassionate customer service was greatly appreciated.

This company sold me a water softener and left before giving any instructions on its use. They didn't bring the correct cords for installation and so they took an old one from my garage that was 50 feet long and left it on the ground in the middle of the garage! I have three kids and this is a complete hazard. It ended up tripping my electricity upstairs and so I had to call to get a different plumber to fix! For $1600 you would think you would get quality, but lesson learned, I will never use them again!

Just had Grable and technician, Matt, out to my home today to clear a stubborn blockage. In a day and age of multiple service companies from which to choose, Matt, as an ambassador for Grable Plumbing made a lasting impression. Not only was he on time and knowledgeable, he took the extra effort to develop a relationship with me - his customer. I strongly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. #bestinclass
