My sink backed up last night at 10pm, I had Un Chien Andalou nightmares of weird bugs and old meat flooding my house, I called Gonzalo on his cell phone at 8:30am and within literally 10 minutes he was over at my house, pumping the cleanout. The job was done 20 minutes later and my sink works perfectly again. I can't believe how efficient, nice and chill they were. They're my new go-to plumbers.

Great company! They immediately came out to look at my sewer line, bide the lowest price, and we're done within a day. I couldn't believe how respectful and courteous they were through the entire process. Had a second plumber friend check out their work and he said it was done correctly. Will definitely be calling them again for any plumbing needs!

Art did a good job on a routine but fairly large job; he installed a new garbage disposal, replaced 20' of pipe under the house, added a drip valve to the tankless hot water heater and descaled it. They wrapped up all their work in three hours, they were courteous and they took time to explain plumbing issues.

It did take my persistence to get them here, but that seems par for the course. I couldn't get one highly-rated plumber to return my call and another wanted to charge $285 for an assessment. Really?

Overall, I'd recommend Art to anyone.

I've had to call GR plumbing twice in the last week or so. Each time they were at my home within the hour. Both service techs were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have an older home and have therefore dealt with a number of rooter services in the past. This company is a breath of fresh air. Great service and good prices. Would definitely recommend!

After searching for a plumber in my area GR plumbing were the only ones willing to come out at10:30 at night and rooter out my main drain. The ""late night"" plumbing call is never a welcoming experience but after being re assured over the phone Art came by ""made it to my home within 45 minutes"" my drain was cleaned and the cost was lower than quoted!!!!! OMG! will definitely keep GR in my saved contacts!

I used this company to install a gas line for one of my customers. The experience was perfect from start to finish. There pricing was fair, they handled the permits with the city, and they completed the work quickly and at expert level. I have already referred them to another customer. I will continue to use GR Plumbing.

Get an estimate before you invite them over. Very pleasant and they fixed it immediately but I was over charged. They had the audacity to ask for an obscene amount at first and I had to justify why that was too much. They quickly took my offer which only proves they were asking far too much. Nice guys. Quick. Got it done. Tried to take me for a ride. I will not call them again unless I'm desperate or I get a quote upfront.

Great guys! My water heater wasn't making any hot water and I gave them a call. They sent a repairman the next morning at 9am. I thought I needed a new water heater but it turned out that I only needed a new heating tube or something. Honest and reliable, I would definitely use them again.

I give GR Plumbing 5 stars for saving the day! I work at a salon in the neighborhood and one busy Friday night, we had a plumbing disaster with the sinks. We couldn't use either sink and had clients waiting and no time to waste. We called a few plumbers and everyone was ""done for the day"" or couldn't help us until the next day. It was almost a horrible start to another busy weekend.

We looked up GR Plumbing on Yelp and gave them a call. They said they could be here in 15 minutes and they were right on time! They came in, fixed our problem and it was a big giant mess, but they cleaned up on their way out and the day was saved and we got back to work.

Thanks GR for all of your help! We will definitely call again should we ever need you!

This company totally overcharged me. I called GR on a rec when my sewer line got clogged. They kept saying they needed to dig more and then they ended up digging up about half my driveway to clear tree roots from the pipes. I feel like they dug too many holes because they did not really know where the clog was.

I'm not sure how three days of labor with 2 to 3 max guys working ended up at $27,000. They kept saying that it was because they needed some special equipment (that I never saw). Most of the labor was manual (breaking concrete and digging the holes) and it was done by day laborers. I have a feeling I was ripped off.
