If you need a plumber, definitely use these guys. Their work is incredible, neat, very conscientious and FAST.

We had the unfortunate need to replace a sewer pipe from the house to the street. I started calling to get bids on replacing it. These guys not only quoted us a few grand less, they were able to complete the work WITHOUT a messy yard trench, in ONE DAY versus the week I was told by the other companies. You can't even tell they were here.

I've since called them for a couple of small fixes. They fix it in the blink of an eye. They are so nice and cool and you don't hesitate to call them with emergencies or small jobs.

I have their card pinned to the fridge and have Gonzalo on my speed dial. I hope to never need a plumber again, but if there's a need for it, I will hire them and no one else.

I can recommend them with NO HESITATION. Definitely call them for great work.

Amazing plumber!!! He worked on our old pump. Something seemingly impossible to do and was estimated at nearly$50,000 by other plumbers. No other plumber would touch this project nor would they even give suggestions on how to go about it. Gonzalo did!! He and his workers successfully fixed this old pump in an innovative way and the plumbing in this old house has been working flawlessly!! He is polite and courteous and professional and the reason we hired him for another project was because unlike other plumbers we got an estimate from, he didn't have much of a sales pitch which was actually great!! Just confident that they knew what they were doing. So grateful look no further if you're doubting...you should hire him!

Gonzalo and his crew just finished a job at my house today installing a main sewer line. We've been having foundation work done and had no idea that the sewer line that would run through the new foundation pour would be very expensive to repair once the foundation cement was in. They were referred to us and were fantastic! They came out to inspect and bid on the job within 45 minutes of our call. Their bid was reasonable, and they were able to come out the following day, which kept our foundation work on track to be finished on time. We had a great experience and highly recommend them!

After Gonzolo left, I discovered that the sink was not draining. I called to have him come back to repair. He made an appointment to come at 8:00 am.

I texted to confirm he was coming at 8:00 am - GONZOLO, AGAIN, SAID HE HAD AN EMERGENCY AND COULD NOT COME UNTIL THE NEXT DAY.

Fired.

Just excellent!! We had a tankless water heater that needed installation that was already partially installed wrong by another plumber that dropped the job .... So a less than ideal way to start a job. Gonzalo and his crew were great and had no issue doing what it took to rectify the situation and remain reasonable on pricing when we were clearly an easy target. The final work was done perfectly and we have hot water again!!!

No show. No call.
I scheduled a small job and Art the plumber gave me a call a few days ago to confirm a time. We confirmed for today at 9am. It's 10am now, he's a no show and the office lines are being answered by a third party that has no information but only takes your message. Lame and wasting my time. Will not use again.

We have had two great experiences with Art Aragon of GR Plumbing & Rooter. The first plumber our landlord consulted gave him some BS story about sewage smell inside the home being due to the extreme heat this summer and that nothing could be done about it. Art came to the house and was able to explain exactly what the problem was in detail to me and my landlord. (It was in fact, a very big problem!) He was courteous, thorough, and very honest. He did not rush the process, and he even offered to come have a look afterwards if the landlord decided to have the other plumber make the repairs. My landlord decided to hire Art to do the job, and he came back the next day and it was all done in three hours. Art is very knowledgable and straight forward. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

Art was amazing! The quote was totally reasonable. The workers finished early and they did an excellent job. Art is completely trustworthy and was a complete friend during the entire process. Can't recommend them enough.
