Phil M.A pipe broke in our bedroom wall next to our guest bath in July, 2015. The property manager called GR Plumbing as he had had prior experience with the patriarch of the business. The son was available and came to give an estimate. It was determined that we had to re-pipe the whole house. Once the price had been negotiated, the work began.
Upon completion, the pipes made a pounding noise when two or more faucets/showers are in use. It was explained that a part would need to be special ordered from Home Depot. Several text messages have been left and yet the part has not materialized.
Check back here and the completion date will be added. 12-31-15
Follow-up texts regarding the whereabouts of the 'special order part from Home Depot', did not results in any action on the part of the business. The property manager contacted the patriarch, who came this week saying he'd be back to repair part of the work that had been done incorrectly in July by the younger plumber. He claims it's fixed now. I hope he's right. 02-19-15
