Ashley R.He does not notify you beforehand that he charges a $75 service fee PLUS $115/hour. He is not upfront prior to coming out that way after an hour of work and a quote he says you owe $190 and intimidates you to use him. Talks down and criticizes any prior work. What should take an hour, he will take 4 hours doing. Totally unprofessional. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!! CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!
Frank B.Mark charged me $338 to cable my main sewer line. Two weeks later, the sewer line was still clogged. He refused to complete the job and said he would have to charge me for another round of cleaning plus camera service for an additional $588.
I ended up hiring another company, who was able to complete the job for significantly less money (including camera service and a three month warranty), and they even showed me video evidence that they had cleared the pipe all the way to the city.
Mark did not have the proper equipment or expertise to perform the job correctly. I regret hiring him for this service.
M M.This plumber is extremely expensive. Get a written estimate before he works. I would recommend using McDonald plumbing for the price he charges.
Tom V.Excellent quality work. AT&T bored a hole through my sewer line causing a backup into my lower level. Mark came quickly and cleared the clog to get the house livable again. Then came back with a special camera to show me what the problem was. Had to dig up the back yard to replace a section of pipe. GR Metro did all the work on time and at the price quoted in advance. Fortunately AT&T made good on their error and paid the bill.
Charles K.Quoted me twice what another plumber was willing to do and they did a great job. Said service time would be 5 days, and knew that I was in a bind so hinted that there would be a significant charge to get it done faster.
