Steve G. is one of the best plumbers in DFW, all around. He replaced my Water Heater and Garbage Disposal very fast, everything was smooth and tidy. GPS Plumbing has some very good deals in terms of pricing because they don't use employees/middlemen. You get the Master Plumber directly for quote and actual work, and get things done. I will use them again, have 2 more work items upcoming. Recommended! A+++

Here is my quick story. 5:30pm and 36 hours before leaving my home for three days, we smell gas outside. Called gas company and within an hour I was told my gas was being shut off as there was a leak on our gas supply line coming into the house. It's January 30th and no gas in our home means no hot water, no furnace, no cooktop/stove. I called Steve at 6:45pm and he answered his phone. While he had a full schedule the following day, he fit me in over the lunch hour. He had to go make/buy the part, pull a permit with the city, replace the corroded pipe and called for inspection. Inspector liked working with him so much (inspector's words), he came within the hour for a same day inspection. His work was approved and I was able to call Gas company by 3:30pm. Had hot water and a stovetop for dinner.
This experience was unlike most all other trade services I have had at my home. Steve was everything I said at the top of this review. I'm already planning on calling him for our next service. He will be switching out my hot water heater in a few months time.

After calling several other companies that would not even deal with me because we have an AO Smith water heater I called Steve who also does not usually service this particular brand. However, he knew exactly what the problem was over the phone, told me to call the company and order the part and he would come and install it when it arrived. I did exactly what he asked me to do and he was right. He showed up early and the fee was even less then we agreed to over the phone. Honest, reliable, would highly recommend.

Steve has been our plumber for years and has helped us out with various issues throughout that time. We just finished a complete master bathroom remodel and had some major plumbing work done by Steve and cannot speak highly enough about his impeccable work, trustworthiness, and character. This is the first time I've wished I could give more than 5 stars in a rating. Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with! I called him for a leaky water line in the front yard based on a referral from another plumbing company in Frisco who didn't service my area (I'm in The Colony). He was friendly, knowledgable, and his cost estimate was very competitive.

When it came time to do the work, he was done before I knew it. He even charged me LESS than the original quote. That goes to show the kind of honest and fair business he runs.

One added perk - Payment was simple and convenient with the web link he emailed afterwards. I now know the first person I'll call with future plumbing issues.

Well, we bought our new house about 2 months ago and have had a drain issue from day 1. The plumber our insurance company has sent out has been useless (OK, they were really good at collecting the co-pay, but not actually fixing the problem).

A neighbor recommended Steve at GPS plumbing. I called Steve, he had some work ahead of me, but promised me he would be there before he called it a night. We also discussed what I thought the issue was (I was correct all along) and what the price would be (Steve works on fixed quotes, not per hour).

Steve called me a few times during the day to keep me apprised of his estimated arrival, he showed up, was very professional, and very personable. He and his son fixed my issue in under 30 minutes for exactly what he quoted me.

It's hard to find tradesman who are good and honest, but I feel I have found one in Steve. I hate plumbing (I can fix anything at home my self) but I do like my new plumber!

You can't go wrong in choosing GPS Plumbing.
