A bit late on my review. This company has been great from start to finish. Had solar put in a few months ago and a company through them came out to check how efficient my house was. Well of course they would find a gas leak. GPS plumbing came out and took care of that issue will great ease. Everyone at this company was very professional and had the best work ethic I've seen in a while. Didn't cut corners and explained everything in great detail every step of the way.

To add to this.... Had a sewer back up last night and it was after hours. Gave the after hour person who answered some info and got a call back right away.

These guys truly care about their customers way more than just the average company. Give them a call.... You wont be disappointed.

The guy from GPS came out to repair a pop-up drain stopper that had been twisted off, leaving broken screw threads. He recommended replacing the drain fitting and the stopper together, which was a good idea since the fitting had started to rust and corrode in one place. After spending about 45 minutes working on the fitting, including cramped conditions through the access panel, he informed us that he had been able to do what he had proposed to to. He was friendly, polite, and explained everything well. He also gave us an estimate of the cost. We are completely satisfied with the work as well as the professionalism of GPS Plumbing. This job could have cost A LOT more. Keep up the good work.

Amazing experience with a basement powder room finish project with GPS plumbing from a partnership stand point, the communication and value were superior. They took over a job (very hard to find) and did an amazing job, fixing and helping to bring me up to code. Great experience at each step and great team who went above and beyond.

I had a toilet that kept running and making singing like noise. I made an appointment, they came on time and did a clean job and fixed the toilet. What more can you say?

This company is great. We didn't have a plumber when we moved to Cherry Hill six years ago so we tried them and they were great -- did all our new kitchen appliances and helped with bathroom work! A few years ago we had a leak in the kitchen -- they came right out! Then two days ago the toilet was whistling and running and the knob to turn off the water broke. Again they were able to send someone quickly -- they are professional and kinds (and good to my dog!)

The in house standard visit charge was refunded. The owner contacted me and apologized for any misunderstanding. Their commitment to good service is obvious and sincere. I also wished to add many plumbers I call don't provide the courtesy of a response. They did from first contact. This is a good and caring small business folks!
