This morning we got up to a garage full of water. One of our pipes got busted and we couldn't believe the amount of water. I called my property management and within an hour Lindsay from GPS plumbing called to make an appointment for a tech to come out. Granted it was an emergency situation since we had to turn the water off completely so she gave me a two hours window and by 3:15pm Tony the technician was at my house and fixed the problem by less than 45mins top.
Thank you Tony and to GPS Plumbing for a great service I will definitely recommend you guys to my family and friends.

We had a pinhole leak that did quite some damage to our living room ceiling and wall...and of course it all happened on a Sunday. We called GPS and they came right away! On a Sunday afternoon! Daniel M. was amazing. It took him about an hour to figure out where the problem was, it was quite difficult because of the location, but he finally found it and repaired it on the spot. Very polite, courteous, wearing show covers :-) Thank you, Daniel. Now on to more repairs for the dry wall....

This place lies and does not communicate.

Summary -
Monday - water heater leaking. they say they'll be there between 12-2pm to check it out. at 430 they call and say it needs replacing but it is too late in day so they'll do it first thing Tuesday. No big deal. I tell them please do it early because my wife is entertaining the next night and needs hot water.

Tuesday - no call from them on timing. i call in morning and they say btw 12-2. i don't hear from them again so i call at 130pm and they say between 1-3pm...i hear nothing from them and call around 4pm. they say the technician is picking up the water heater from supply store and will be en route.

So in summary, they lied and they didn't communicate. I have no idea why anyone would do business with these guys and if asked for a plumber recommendation I will tell people who I wouldn't use.

Had a small leak under our bathroom sink. Daniel M. Stopped by and explained exactly what it was, he was friendly and patient even when it wasn't showing what exactly it was but he found it and fixed it. Even arranged the things under the sink to the way it was. Overall a very good work would totally recommend and call again

I recently moved into a new condo, and so far twice the sink has backed up. My landlord sent out GPS plumbing both times, and they were professional, courteous, and friendly. They were able to get the drainage squared away quickly, and they cleaned up after themselves. The most recent plumber, #DanielM, was great to work with. I would recommend them and use them again.

We had our first plumbing problem in our new home and gps plumbing called me right away to set up an appointment and were here within the hour. When Daniel M arrived he was very friendly and started working immediately. He explained the entire process to us as he was fixing our plumbing problem with our washer and dryer and made us feel comfortable with the process. Not only did we have great service but he also went over to Home Depot to get the parts so he could immediately fix our problem. I had a blockage and my home warranty sent a horrible plumber who did nothing, then when I complained they sent me to GPS plumbing. I'm so glad they did. They arrived within an hour and a half and stayed until they knocked out the blockage. The techs were polite and knew what they were doing. I will be requesting them if we have anymore plumbing problems.
