Sonia (receptionist) and Jessica ( her manager) have the worst customer service ever. We wasted our time and energy with these two unprofessional people.
They always lie and they do not communicate with you at all. We scheduled a hydro jetting service up one week in advance for 8-10am but the technician didn't show up. When we called the office, Sonia said that they had an emergency and that the technician was running late and that he would be there by 12 pm. It was 2:30 already and the technician was not there yet so we called Sonia again and she said that the emergency had taken longer than what they had thought.
She claimed that she had left me a voice mail and when I asked her for the phone number that she had left the message for , she gave me a different phone number.
Then I asked her to transfer me to the owner, she put me on hold for over 5 min and then she told me that I could not speak with the owner and the owner didn't have a voice mail.
I asked her to tell Rayan (owner) to call me back . But as of today I haven't heard from anyone from this company. I would never do business with them again and would never recommend this company to anyone.

At first he wasn't going to be able to fix our leaking sink because it needed a part he didn't have, so he left and lucky for us, he came back with the part we needed and fixed it for us no problem! Only issue was having him show up an hour past our appointment window, but other than that he was great and very friendly!

An update, so at the end I got a call from the manager but hey expect me to take my time to take my car to the shop, I don't have time for that. They came to my home property and scratched my vehicle, they need to step up to what they did. They also left the skirts to my mobile home property broken and did not fix them.

This morning we got up to a garage full of water. One of our pipes got busted and we couldn't believe the amount of water. I called my property management and within an hour Lindsay from GPS plumbing called to make an appointment for a tech to come out. Granted it was an emergency situation since we had to turn the water off completely so she gave me a two hours window and by 3:15pm Tony the technician was at my house and fixed the problem by less than 45mins top.
