Came back from a trip to find the our sewage line was frozen, on a Sunday! Call GPI and Sean came out within a couple hours.He unclogged the line and we were able to use our bathrooms again. Very friendly and professional.

Called on Wednesday 1/28/15 because our cabin's water shutoff valve broke as I turned it off...left message with answering service. When I didn't get a call back a few hours later I called again. Danny called back and said he would have John check it out Thursday. So I wait and call again Thursday afternoon and John says he took a look and I need a new valve to turn water on under the house but I need to wait for Danny to call me back with a quote....no call, left another message Thursday and today is Saturday and still no call back, no quote, being we have no water at all at our place I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is. How can reviews be good......Ridiculous.

I called Danny at GPI on Saturday morning for a service call at my place in Tahoe-Donner as I had a leaking sewer pipe. Danny called back quickly and was on site in 30 minutes. He quickly identified the issue and fixed the problem at a reasonable and fair price. While he was on site he answered several other questions that we had about plumbing matters and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend GPI and use them again for a future service call.

Having arrived late on a Friday night at our newly acquired cabin at Tahoe-Donner we found that the water heater and various taps were not working or leaking. Danny arrived within 30 minutes of our call and did a great job of fixing everything that night. I know he was working beyond his shift to do so. He has also been a resource on a number of items including the process to winterize between visits. I can't say enough good things about the GPI service.

guy was nice enough-- service call of $95 BUCKS for 15 mins to tell me that the motor was burned out on my garbage disposal-- wanted $400 to install a new disposal-- AND THEY WERE ONE HOUR LATE WITH NO CALL--- 2 stars ONLY because the service guy was nice

My toilet leaked at 3 a.m. on a Friday, and I called GPI at 7 a.m. on Saturday. Danny called back an hour later and came to fix it that same day. He was super friendly and very professional. He explained the problem clearly and fixed it quickly.

Each time I called GPI and explained the problem they responded in a very timely manner and performed a professional job correcting the problems. I want to give praise to John who when he arrives at the home first explains what the problem and how he will correct it. I also want to mention Danny who I can call and discuss any heating related problems. I have complete faith and trust in GPI plumbing.
