The office staff is rude and John Dill (master plumber) is ""no-master"" of anything.
Never returns a call - unprofessional.

Just had 2 of their people come to my home to fix plumbing. One GPH guy was courteous and professional. The other GPH person (Chris) was VERY rude. Based solely on the Chris guy's attitude I will never use this company again.
